I had been left in a pretty bad position by a local handyman with my irrigation. I called Ivy Plumbing and spoke to Mike. I was able to snap a couple photos and send them over to Mike so he knew exactly the parts that I needed to complete this job properly. He scheduled me for an appointment for 3 days.

3 days later I got a call from Dustin, the technician who said that he was en route to my residence and wanted to confirm that the he was repairing the irrigation pipe and that I was home. He wanted to make sure he had all the proper materials before he arrived.
Dustin arrived about 20 minutes later and was kind and professional. He got straight to work and was able to complete this repair in about 3 hours.
He explained to me everything that he was doing and even gave me tips on how to prevent deterioration in the future.

The price was fantastic, the service was speedy and professional, and it was very convenient to be able to snap photos and send them over. So there was no waste of time when they arrived at my residence. They were ready to go.

Ivy Plumbing installed a garbage disposal for us about a year ago. Last week, we noticed a leak under the sink. Called them up and Dustin was out the next day. Fixed it free of charge. Could not ask for better service! So nice to know that your plumber can be counted on to do a great job and also have fantastic follow up service. We'll definitely be using them again!
