In my experience need to watch ou. They said free estimate. My toilet had washer problem, which they immediately fixed in 5 mins. Charged me 85$. They said 75$ for trip and 10$ for washer. Felt ripped off but since they fixed it, paid them. I was expecting some 25$ or so nominal charge as it's a free estimate. I didnot get a receipt or anything.
