After home depot visit, I bought toilet to be replaced. This place charge half of the price other business charge. Talk about work, its so professional. They even take the old toilet out from the second floor. I love them.

Through Home Depot's referal Ivan helped us replace our toilet years ago and did a great job. Recently, our garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacing, so I called Ivan and he answered the phone right away and was able to replace our garbage disposal the same day. Ivan was recommended to me by Home Depot. I'd rate his work and pricing as perfect. We had him repair an expensive American Standard dual flush toilet. It had been installed a year ago by a handyman. It turns out the wax seal was not properly fitted. Ivan installed a new bowl (sent by Amer. Std.). He was careful the wax seal was correct and made sure the toilet was securely fastened to the floor. I watched the whole time and was very confident the job was done properly. I'll use Ivan for any plumbing work in the future. It's great to find competent contractors. Highly recommended!

I selected Ivan from Angieslist because of his great ratings. Earlier the Gas Company had broken my gas line to the back rental unit on my property. Ivan came out quickly and quoted me a very reasonable price. The work involved installing a new gas pipe to the back unit and hooking up all the gas appliances to the new line. Since the gas meter for the back unit was underneath the front unit the gas pipe was routed underneath the front unit , through the back, into the ground, then into the back unit and all underneath it. A complete re-pipe. Ivan did a great job. He is a license plumber. why mess around with a handyman or other high priced plumbers when there is Ivan? .
