This company did a good job remodeling a bathroom, but refused fixing the shower control temperature, claiming it was a problem created by whoever did the previous bathroom, even thought I&V Construction built the new bathroom from scratch(new pipes, wires, tiles) advised by the company's owner, Mr. Ineridy. This temperature problem was not present in my previous bathroom. Another issue, was Mr. Ineridy's tactics to increase his pay by downgrading every previous job. we agreed on a contract for the amount of $10,000 dollars and after a week, he asked for another $4,500 because the ""finish shower"" was going to be bigger! I regret hiring this company, despite the good job they did.
