Ernie is the best there is. We've used It's Fixd plumbing for years for our personal residences and our rentals. We've used him for plumbing, shower replacements, toilet replacements, AC repairs, AC replacements, faucet replacements, garbage disposal replacements, thermostat replacements, property inspections and many more jobs.

Ernie was referred to me by Mission Restoration. I made an appointment with him to come out and reinstall my furnace that was removed for a renovation project. We called Ernie from ""Its Fixd Plumbing"" after getting a recommendation from our electrician. We had some water leaking from a ceiling light fixture in our laundry room - scary, right. Electric wires and water!

We got a quick but good assessment of the problem. Ernie quickly went upstairs and found the source of the problem. Some dropping water in the wall behind our kids shower, that dropped down to the laundry room and then was spilling out the light fixture. He took a quick look up in the attic to check for piping issues and then cut into the wall, took care of the problem, and was out in 15 to 20 minutes. We weren't charged an arm and a leg, but felt satisfied that he knew what he was doing and charged the right price.

I seriously wouldn't hesitate calling him again for some other things we need done at the house. Thanks again Ernie! You turned a bad day into a better one! Now we just need to get some of the dry wall ""dried"" and we are set.
