Our water heater recently died after 24 years of good performance. Called Jack Stephen Plumbing and Heating and had a brand new one installed the same day. I didn't even miss a shower! The tech, Noah Cayton, was professional and courteous and just an all around nice guy. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone including tax. No hidden costs. Would recommend anytime.

I Had to have a piece of pipe replaced under my house so i called Jack Stephan. They were great! They had one of their plumbers ( Jimmie Lunceford) Come out to do a free inspection. He was very nice and professional. He gave us a really reasonable price on the work so the next day we had him came out to do the work. Talk about fast!! lol. He got under the house and went to work. Ide say within an Hour and a half he was done. Ide highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of a plumber.
