Israel showed up early and did a great job. He did not charge more than the estimate. He was easy going and honest. When he didn't think a job needed doing, or had a way to doing it more cheaply, he told me. He brought his own tools, but not his own hardware store; I had to purchase my own replacements for items that needed replacing.
