The owner, Glenn Howard Jr of Islip Terrace Services, launched his career by completing his studies at a vocational school in 1978. From 1971 and 1982, he served in the Naval Reserve. After his return, Glen founded his first firm in the mid-1980s, contracting multiple businesses, and subsequently created the business we know today.

Established in the mid-1980s by Glenn, Glenn's standing for honesty and superior service is the cornerstone that the company stands. At present, his son, the current owner, is the exclusive owner and continues the values of his dad. He commenced working for Glenn Sr during breaks from school and is now a certified plumbing expert with over 35 years of experience.
