Called at the suggestion of a family member. We have a leak we need found and fixed. Called and said he'd come the following day. Didn't show up. Today his mechanic has problems so he's not coming. ""Sorry if you need service call someone else""....

They arrive promptly and on time young feller drove up very very carefully in his truck because it was wet and they performed pretty well with services for good price I'd recommend them for your plumbing needs

Came without making an appointment, I had to leave, they were rude and asked, ""did I want the problem fixed or not."" They were hired by my landlord and I guess they think because I'm a renter they don't have to show me respect or courtesy. That's not the way I operate. My time is valuable as anyone else's.

Doing some cleaning in preparation of our baby boys 5th birthday party, grab a couple of things from under the utility sink in my shop, and immediately know things have gone wrong. Starts as a small spray of water quickly turns into a full on deluge. Needless to say the CPVC feed from under our house to the sink shut off broke off right at the wall. Call IOW Plumbing, and they say they can have someone out in an hour. Hour and 10 min later, Luke shows up, fixes the break and installs a T to the ice maker of the ""Shop Fridge"". Prompt service with no BS. Highly recommend.

I was being tailgated by their truck. Had an infant in my car. Was passed in a no passing zone. Speed limit was 35, they were doing about 50. Called the ""Hows My Driving "" number on truck. Got a text later on my phone that said ""MOVE OVER!"". Real nice public relations you Jack Asses.
