When I walked both of the sales clerk look at and continue to help the customer with concern, informative and patient. Then when it was my turned the sales clerk turned around to put something back nothing un- normal but when he returned to help me no friendliness no informations just I never seen anything like before really every other plumbing location said they don't have in stock then I went for my second request & I got they don't make that any smaller I said REALLY he quickly said good night & left me standing at the counter I will never refer anyone to location go down the road

I was referred to Island Replacement Parts & Faucets by the folks at Huntington Plumbing Supply when they didn't have the faucet cartridge I was looking for. The gentleman at Island was just fantastic and extremely helpful. He gave me ring washers for free to try. In the end, I was able to fix my leaking faucet without purchasing the part at all. Fantastic, just super fantastic... I am so grateful.

i have been here twice for a shower stem and a diverter valve for a fixture that is 20 years old. These guys are amazing. They have everything and are very knowledgeable. They had the parts in stock and knew immediately which parts to sell me. They didn't even have to look anything up at all. They just knew from experience exactly what I needed. Fantastic service. Was referred to island replacement parts from central island plumbing supplies who were awesome in explaining to me bout different parts and manufacturers. They assured me that island replacements would definitely be able to help me with this part since they specialize in replacements. Once there, I was ignored for about 5 min while the gentleman spoke about motorcycles. Once they realized I was there, I showed the gentleman the handle to my shower he quickly stated he didn't know what is was and said he couldn't help me. I was astonished be that I was told they were SPECIALISTS ... I asked if he would look at a photo I had took of my broken shower valve ... he uttered hurry up and show me the photo. I was in disbelief . I thought am I be profiled ? Is he doing this because I'm a black man ? Or is he just being an asshole ? All in all he couldn't help me but but I just had a feeling that he didn't WANT to help me .

They are fantastic guys! I knew of them when they were on Roosevelt Ave.
They have hard-to-find parts or they can get them. They see the shower body and they know what brand.

What a great group of knowledgable individuals who care about customers. They are open until 11:00AM on Saturdays and have helped me out more than once. Even if they don't have the exact replacement part, they will find something for you to make it work. Definitely a go-to business you should consider if you are in eastern Nassau or western Suffolk county and need access to the right plumbing part. The big hardware stores do not stock this stuff and if they did, you would not be able to find it. Island Replacement Parts & Faucets is a throwback to when outstanding service and salesmanship was king. I sure miss those days!

I had a leaky shower and wasn't exactly sure what I needed to fix it. I brought the shower handle in, the guy working the counter sized it up just by glancing at it. Knew exactly what I needed, walked me through it and even printed up detailed instructions. Got home, 10 minutes later the leak was fixed.

I can't recommend these guys enough.

Needed a few odds and ends for a couple of plumbing fixes and the man behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me some parts he had lying around and explained what I would need to do to fix the leak on my sink plunger. Also pointed me in the right direction to order some parts that he did not have available. Will definitely go out of my way to purchase parts from him for future needs and recommend this business for your needed plumbing parts.

This place is the best. Every time I go there with some weird Plumbing part he's like yeah no problem I got it. He found parts for me that other stores ( hardware, big box) said you can't get that part . Do yourself a favor , skip HD and go here first , you won't regret it , and you're helping to support a local small business
