Was very responsive and came out the next day. Took a look at our leaking pipe and told us what he needed to do. He had to cut a whole in the dry wall (which we knew) but he fixed it all within 1.5 - 2 hours. Our house is in Indialantic. Great job

I created a project on yelp to connect my gas dryer and Island Repipe and Plumbing responded quickly with an estimate between $150-200. The day of I also asked him if he could close up a water softener loop for me and he said he could do it for about $100. After looking at the dryer, he had to go buy a special fitting and he also bought me a new more heavy duty looking duct for the dryer. He connected it and made sure it was not too long to make sure the dryer worked efficiently. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and I had lots of questions since I like to learn new things. He was very thorough in how he checked for gas leaks at all connection points. For closing up the water softener loops, he made sure to use the correct material (CPVC and cement designed for CPVC) since he explained if you use PVC with my existing CPVC or cement designed for PVC, it would not bond correctly. After the job was complete he charged me $250, which I felt was very reasonable. There are so many businesses that I deal with and most of them do a poor quality job for an expensive price and take no pride or ownership in their work. Bill was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend and I would use him again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

After a VERY cold uncomfortable shower, we deduced that our hot water heater was probably dead, so we did what most people would do- hopped on the Home Depot website and picked a new one then hit the I need an installer button... Moments later we were contacted by a local plumber who would have been happy to charge us $1700 to replace our water heater (it's a 40 gallon basic tank!) so we politely said no thank you, and were then contacted by someone who could not give us any information at all. Frustrated, I turned to Yelp- just to look for a local plumber. I had no idea there was a service recommendation tool on here!!! Anyway, I put our information in and waited for a call back from """"five local plumbers"""" within seconds I got several texts from different local companies. I opened them one by one and they were all pretty generic except one, this one. The text was personally written and then followed up with a rough estimate without me even needing to ask. So, we called William, he picked up right away and came to the house within 20 minutes to take a look at our situation & verify what we needed. We had an old used up water heater with a leaking expansion tank and the pipe from the water heater to the wall had obviously leaked at one point because there was a small mold ring. William told us we would be fine with a 40 or 50 gallon and a small expansion tank, he told us to pick one about the same height as the one we had to avoid more pipe work, and as his original text indicated, he said he was available Wednesday afternoon. (This was a Monday afternoon that we initially contacted him) So we ordered what we needed from a big box store that offered delivery. As promised, and right on time William showed up, pulled our old water heater out and installed a new one in just a couple of hours! He cleaned up behind himself and the new install is clean and flawless. He was respectful, honest and transparent through the entire transaction- oh, and his estimate of was spot on even though he had to run to ace hardware mid job. Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing disasters, but if we do- we will be sure to call William!

Our gas hot water heater started leaking and after calling Florida City Gas to get a quote for a tankless gas hot water heater and receiving the response it could take up to 2 weeks for someone to get back with us, we called numerous plumbers to get a replacement gas water tank or tankless hot water heater. Most said they would get back with us with a quote or an undesirable date they could provide a replacement. Then we called Island Repipe and Plumbing due to the work they performed with gas lines and gas appliances. Bill answered all our questions over the phone concerning a tankless or tank gas water heater. He quoted us for both and gave us install dates that we could live with as we had no hot water. The expertise we received over the phone continued when he replaced our gas hot water heater promptly and checked and replaced all worn items all for the quoted price we had received over the phone. His work was immaculate and he left our garage very clean. We received an added bonus when he had the time to replace the valves under our kitchen sink while making the valves more accessible. We have owned vacation condos in Indialantic and Melbourne for 12 years and only wish we had used the service of Island Repipe and Plumbing for our past plumbing needs.
