I called a few days ago to get an estimate. I am in a time crunch as some plumbing needs to be moved for a new cabinet installation. They did not show up for the estimate when I specifically said I needed an estimate before the weekend. I called when the time had passed, just to be sure they were coming and they were not. I am just shocked at how irresponsible the plumbers in this area are. I own a property rented through EIR and I will specifically let EIR know I do not want them at my property should a repair be necessary.

Island Plumbing is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It took over a week to get them to schedule to install a hot water heater that was leaking. Then the day they were supposed to come, they put me off again. I called another vendor and got the hot water heater in that day. Then Island Plumbing sent a bill for 1.5 hours of labor. When I called about the bill, Randy said the next time I need service to not call him but the other vendor I used. Very rude and not professional at all. I recommend to never call them.

Island Plumbing has outdone themselves again. Randy and his team are fantastic. We recently had a home inspection completed on our house because we are selling it. There were a few items that the new buyers wanted us to repair. (Including a faulty pump in the jacuzzi tub) When I reached out to IP, I heard from them within a couple hours and they were here a couple days later. When they showed up, all items were addressed within an hour. The faulty pump I previously mentioned ended up having to be completely replaced and was told it would be about a week to get a new one in. Randy kept me updated and his time estimate was right on. They came back out and swapped out the pump a week later. The cost when it was all said and done was pretty good. Most of the cost was the price of the pump. I highly recommend Island Plumbing. They are great people to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on future repairs.

We recently had a new faucet install and the person did not turn the valve all the way on, therefore the water flow was very weak to none at all. So, we call Island Plumbing and he came over and informed us about the value and turn it on. Maybe 60 seconds, therefore we were having same problem with washing machine, so he removed the hosed and checked the water flow, about a 10 min. job and did not even fix the problem. The invoiced us 239.00 for 1.6 hour. There were 2 employees and neither was friendly or polite. Will never use them again and inform as many concerning the character of this company.

Island plumbing Inc has the best folks I've dealt with as far as service goes, in these times when it's really hard to find trustworthy contractors, Island Plumbing is definitely one of them. They treat customers just like they would like to be treated, I hired this company multiple times before leaving this review to make sure they deserve 5 stars and they really do. Looking forward to work with them again in the future B.P.
