DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. We are local homeowners in island park right down the street. Josh Pilch, contractor, lifted a bunch of materials and equipment from IPBS and didn't pay his bills with them and now they are suing my family!? They put a lien on my property. We tried for weeks to help them find a solution to their unpaid invoice with Pilch Construction and now Island Park Builders Supply Co is using our help to sue my family. SHADY 100%. Island Park Builders Supply is does not have its customers best interest at heart. Will NEVER do business with them again.

This place has everything we needed in our list to do some minor fix in our cabin: nails, various sized screws, toilet kit, hose clamps, toilet scrub, 2x4 .. They are very helpful!

Their friendly help and friendship they extend to all their customers is something not found these days. If you need something to fix your cabin or you need some advice for a project or building, electrical, or plumbing problem, they are there to help you.
