We had a plugged drain in our kitchen. After trying the manual snake and all that we could do as a homeowner we opted not to pour chemicals down the drain but to call Don. On a Saturday afternoon we called and left a message. 5 minutes later he called back and was here in 30 minutes. An hour later we are clog free!!! Thank you Don. Don is truly as good as it gets. We were quoted $2500 by another local plumber who wanted to change all the plumbing in our basement, when in actuality we only needed one small thing repaired. I called Don, and he came out and explained how we could do it ourselves. Ten dollars in materials later and the issue is resolved! I will never use anyone else, when there is someone as trustworthy as Don so close by!
