Mark might have done a decent job on my remodel but I believe he has a superior attitude and it is hard to ask him for anything without him wanting to charge extra for every little thing. I paid good money for him to move a water heater into the garage and you would think that he would notice a dryer vent next to the water heater missing. No he didn't and didn't even suggest it was dangerous not to have one so now I need to hire someone else to put it in since the gas company shut me down. Also he charge me $300 for down spouts and a hose bib which a handyman could have done for no more than $75. I would definitely not recommend him . Not sure why he has gotten good reviews on yelp. There are tons of other plumbers out there and unfortunately I chose the wrong one.

Mark at Isis is a complete life saver! He came from across town, after hours and got us back up and running. He completely reworked a botched job that another plumber just did for up. He is THE BEST!

Mark is great! We had our water heater go out on a three day weekend and he left his daughter's birthday party to help us out and get us through the weekend. Ultimately he replaced it for us and it's been smooth sailing since. He is very fair and reasonable.

Mark is the best plumber I've ever used. We initially used him when remodeling a bathroom in our 60 year old home. We ran into a handful of things that had been done incorrectly in the past and he got them all straightened out for us.

This weekend I had a drain pipe under a sink completely break off. It was on a Sunday, Mother's Day no less. Mark couldn't make it out but had me send him some photos. He advised me how to fix it myself and I had it fixed in about ten minutes after buying the parts.

An all around great guy that I would trust with any project big or small. AA+++
