I had a disconnected sewer line. They were there within the time frame that they said they would be there. They fixed everything quickly and they were friendly and courteous. Service charge was reasonable. Great service overall. I have used them before this and will definitely use them again.

Fixed water leak same day. Nice guys.

My home was constructed by putting the copper pipes down and then pouring the concrete over and around them. We now know that this is a very poor practice, because if the slab cracks(they all do) or moves, the Cu pipes are broken and a leak results.
The first leak was in the middle of my garage. That was the main pipe feeding the house. Norman and one of his top guys came out, looked it over and devised a plan to re-route the main feed through my attic. It was all done in about one day.
In about 6 months, I had another leak under my wife's bathroom. They were right out again and we decided to abandon the Cu pipes and completely re-plumb the house. They used something called PEX pipe which is now the best available(as I understand things). It took two men three days to completely "wire around" the old plumbing and restore water to the house. They were very good about leaving the water on to as many fixtures as they could while doing all this, so we did not have to do without water for 3 days.
These folks are very good at what they do AND they do come when they say that they will. Norman and his crews are top notch. Do not hesitate to call them IF you live in their service area.

I called Isch Plumbing about a slow drain in my home's kitchen. They said they would be out the next day and would call before they came. I waited all the next day. No one came. No one called.

I got quoted $1200 to run some gas lines in my house. Not a bad price because it was a painful job to do. They were here within 15 minutes of when they said they were going to be here at 8 AM. They did the work in a rainstorm at 40°. The only reason why I did not give them five stars is because they were a little bit messy.
They quoted me one day and did the work the next. Had to play a little bit of phone tag but it was worth it I am satisfied with my service. I would recommend using them again.
I have had very poor service with painters and plumbers but theses were worth calling again.

I've had several plumbing issues in the last several years...some large and some small. I can always count on Isch plumbing to respond to my request in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Recently I came home to discover my hot water heater had rusted out. Within 30 minutes of my call on a busy Monday, two young men from Isch arrived and within a couple of hours, I had new heater and hot water. I cannot say enough good things about the fairness, professionalism, and efficiency of Isch Plumbing.
P.S. I also appreciate the fact you can leave Norman Isch an email for minor issues and he always responds.

The two words no homeowner wants to hear - SLAB LEAK.
Let me start by saying I know very little about plumbing. I can change out a faucet, unclog the bathroom sink or toilet, but that's about it. This particular situation was complicated by the fact that a local construction company had recently tapped in to the city sewer line, thus dumping commercial tons & gallons of sand and water into a sewer system designed for residential use. When clear sandy water first came up at the base of one wall of the living room we assumed it was from the construction company. When it got worse, I had to do something.
After my home warranty company, AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (they're FANTASTIC, by the way) gave me authorization to call a plumber, I called Isch Plumbing. A tech was dispatched immediately and he quickly diagnosed the slab leak. I was given 2 options for repair - either bust into the concrete and repair 32 year old pipes OR...... cap all the lines and run new plumbing through the attic! Brilliant resolution!
I chose to rerun the plumbing.
Norman and his crew turned the water off immediately to stop further leaking/damage and to allow everything to begin drying. Isch Plumbing also took the added precaution of disabling my water heater to prevent it from burning out. In less than 2 days everything was dry, fixed right & out of sight!
During the slab leak repair, our tenant informed the tech of a clog in the kitchen. The Isch Plumbing tech used a 30' tool to attack the clog but was unable to reach it. After that he poured commercial grade grease dissolver and left it for 5 hours, still clogged. The next day, owner Norman Isch came back with different equipment and spent 6 hours working to break up and remove the clog - 30" of GREASE!
I DO NOT put grease down the sink or even use the garbage disposal, however Norman explained everyone gets a little grease down the drain (residual on plates, pots & pans, which is released by washing dishes, either by hand or in the dishwasher) but that this clog was the result of decades of accumulation. So my "grease baby" (perhaps toddler???) was probably left over from the previous owners who occupied the home since it was built in 1986.
*Side note - when we first took occupancy of the home in 2011, there was a clog around the same end of the house. Coming & going over a period of 3 days and $750 later, Fountain Plumbing told me the clog was in the kitchen, was the size of a basketball and they had gotten rid of it. I now know kitchen plumbing isn't big enough to accommodate a basketball sized anything. And I think all Fountain did was move and slightly reduce the clog rather than remove it (which allowed water to flow and appear "fixed"), given the aforementioned. So that was $750 CASH down the drain -- LITERALLY. Isch Plumbing actually located, explained and CLEARED the clog, and for a little more than half the price I as charged for a lot of pomp and circumstance.*
Norman Isch communicated quickly & perfectly with my home warranty company, American Home Shield Home and my Homeowner's Insurance, AllState, as well as transmitted the necessary estimate and final invoice documents so that my claims could be processed fast and the reimbursement process started before the repair was even totally completed. Now THAT'S what I call SERVICE!
Isch Plumbing was prompt, professional, courteous, and most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST. Norman's calm demeanor really helped during such a stressful situation, and the immediate expert diagnosis & action prevented additional damage and reduced inconvenience.
I highly recommend Isch Plumbing. They are THE BEST.
Thank you, Norman!

Isch plumbing completely re-plumbed my grandmother's house. It is an old house with the lines underneath it & quite low to the ground with a unique set of issues in the foundations. They arrived on time, worked steadily throughout the day & finished within the quoted time & cost. They were friendly & personable. The work was neatly & well done & they cleaned up after themselves. They opened all the taps & flushed all the toilets to make sure all was working correctly once they finished. One of the men took a paper towel around & checked all the new connections for leaks. I was very impressed with their work.

They did a great job on both my natural gas and plumbing issues, bringing my house up to code. My house was built in 1892 so they had lot if work to do and got it done fast. They were early to start and didn't leave till the job was done.

Did not fix my plumbing issue, charged me $250 to run a machine. I Went with different plumber instead that actually fixed the clogged pipes for half the price. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save your money and look for a different plumber that doesn't seem to have sketchy operations.
