Steven is the most dedicated, passionate and considerate contractor ever. He is the only one took the extra mile to open the tankless heater to confirm what's actually wrong with the leaking. After done, he put back all 20ish screws seamlessly. When we have already given up on warranty since our heater is almost 10 years old, Steven said it doesn't hurt to try and he called Rheem right away and got me a replacement for my unit! The next day he called all the suppliers to find us the one with the least fees. I can tell he went through hell to talk back and forth between suppliers and Rheem to make things happen. Steven knows better, works harder and cares more than any contractor I've met. The estimate he gave was super reasonable, $1000-2000 less than almost all other quotes. Isackson Plumbing provides top quality products and solutions to both repairs and new products with more features and a plumber who understands your needs and it is part of his mission to make his customers happy. In my situation Steven has replaced my kitchen faucet with a one handle temperature control and pull down sprayer that improved my dog bathing procedure and regular sink cleaning and doing dishes. He also replaced my failing gas water heater with a high efficiency gas heater. He changed my shower experience by installing a rain shower head, new copper piping behind my tile from the one handle temperature control. Now I can take a shower that maintains the proper water temperature without adjusting the old 2 hot/cold water faucets. Steven replaced my old 3 gallon per flush toilet with a high pressure 1.28 gallon toilet with 2 water flush streams and a no back rim (that collects dirt). The most recent upgrade from Steven was a Reverse Osmosis filter system for my kitchen sink (for drinking and cooking). This removes all the bad stuff in my hard city water: fluoride, calcium, chlorine, dirt and more. This is like having fresh spring water on demand at my fingertips. I believe that Isackson's service is reasonably priced and what you get is attention to details (I got a grab bar and decals for my tub/shower combo). When he is done the area is cleaned up and he insures that all your questions are answered, plus he informs you of any follow-up maintenance procedures to maintain the quality of your new products.

I made my request the evening before and Steven was able to fit me in the first thing in the morning the next day at 8am sharp and I was able to super quickly, efficiently, and easily communicate back and forth over text. Highly Recommend - Excellent Service, Professionalism, and Value!

We recently moved into a new home and needed quite a bit of plumbing work done. From start to finish, the experience with Steven was exceptional. He handled a variety of tasks, including:

- Repairing leaking faucets and running toilet tanks
- Fixing faucet handles and cleaning up old mold
- Repairing water-damaged drywall caused by a neighbor's leaking pipe
- Installing and setting up the piping for our new stackable washer and dryer

One of the more complicated parts was the drywall repair. It required coordination with our neighbors and HOA, but Steven was patient and professional throughout the process. The washer and dryer piping setup was also quite labor-intensive, but he tackled it head-on and didn't cut any corners.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and thoughtful solutions. For instance, we had a metal tray under the washer and dryer that needed a hole drilled into it. He set up a station with protective covers to prevent sparks or metal shavings from spreading--super meticulous!

Throughout the project, communication was top-notch. He was always responsive to texts, clearly explained the issues, and made sure we were comfortable with the plan before proceeding. Not once was he late, and he even followed up after the work was done to ensure everything was running smoothly.

The value of his service was outstanding--considering the complexity of the tasks and the care he put into everything, we felt we got a great deal. On top of that, when we reached out about a new leak after the initial job, he responded within the same day and helped us address it quickly. The worksite was left spotless every time--no mess, no stress!
