I've used him twice now, once to replace my hot water heater and once because my baseboard was making a weird sound. Both times, he picked the phone right up, which is something I can't say about the other 15 guys I called.

Came when he said he would both times, fixed the problem both times, charged what he said he would charge on the phone both times. Not much more I can ask for.

Had a great experience with Isaacs Plumbing *& Heating. He came right out to the house, diagnosed the problem and had me ""up and running"" in no time. Very pleasant guy. I would call him again.

This guy deserves no stars. My mother called Isaac's for service to her oil heater that stopped working in the morning. She had oil, just needed to have the heater serviced. Ray Isaac agreed to come to the house and told her he'd call her when he was in the area. By 5:30, he had not shown to the house and ignored 4 phone calls from my mother.

I called Ray and left a voicemail making a point to sound ditzy & clueless about the entire heating unit and asked for him to call back. The guy called me back within 5 minutes. He even seemed like he was going to come to the house until he asked my address.

If he wasn't already unprofessional in that he called back some young girl and ignored his prior scheduled visit, I never expected him to start chastising me and MOCKING my mother's request for service! His response to my telling him my address was ""Do you know how insulting it is that you need me to come work on the unit but have had other guys service it since I've been there last. But you need help now?"" He then started mimicking the conversation he had with my mother.

Professional.

I told him that he was unavailable for our last two requests over the past two years and that he couldn't expect us to sit and shiver until his schedule freed up.

His response: he works for a living.
My advice: We all ""work for a living"" and given this guys ridiculous behavior, our money is better spent anywhere else.

The man had no intention of coming to the house, but left my mother hanging all day expecting him to show to the house. His actions left us without heat for the night.
