Our water heater was leaking when I went into our garage late Saturday evening. I contacted Isaac and Sons Plumbing early Sunday morning, explained the situation to Isaac, and he suggested a plan where he would come over Sunday morning, make sure the water and pilot were properly set to ""off,"" and would drain the water heater so he could put a replacement in Monday morning early. As in our past experience using Isaac and Sons, everything worked exactly as planned. Isaac and Sons Plumbing does quality work and uses quality parts and equipment. They arrive and complete the work on time, with great efficiency, and at a reasonable price. They didn't just do the work and leave. They made sure my wife and I knew exactly what happened, what they did to resolve the matter, how to set the controls to maximize efficiency, and answered all of our questions. Isaac is very patient; he and his sons are polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

We called Isaac & Sons Plumbing when we had an emergency plumbing issue in our bathroom. The shower wouldn't shut off and water was coming out at full blast. They showed up in less than 40min and did a phenomenal job fixing our shower! It has been about a week since they came out and the shower is still working better than when we first got it installed! The guys were so amazing, honest and personable! They showed me the damaged parts and had all the needed parts to fix it right there and then. I would highly recommend these guys!

Okay. I feel I must write this because I just cannot take it anymore. I posted a review of this company almost 11 months ago, because we had to install a new garbage disposal. I thought it was well done, but it turned out to be a disaster. I have tried to get ahold of these guys for over 9 months. Nothing. The guy that was sent apparently screwed up big time. He didn't reattach the drain pipe to the sink. The wiring he put in for the new garbage disposal was not up to code. I have to replace water damaged floors now. Please do not use this company.

Great service from start to finish! Marc did an excellent job! Our shower upstairs was leaking through the ceiling downstairs and we were concerned that we had to knock through some walls in order to fix it. We had a previous plumber from a different company come out to ""fix"" the leak but it got worse. We contacted Isaac and Sons. Not only did Marc accurately diagnose the problem, he was in and out within an hour AND he was able to fix the problem without breaking open the wall. We appreciated his expertise and his honesty. If we ever have plumbing issues again, we will definitely give them a call. Highly recommend! Thank you, Marc!

I highly recommend this plumber. VERY thorough and VERY honest. We have a weird leak between both of our bathrooms. Isaac spent one and a half hours at my house today testing EVERY area possible. Although we haven't found the definite leak, he told me what we need to do to help find the leak (without breaking into our walls) and asked me to get back in touch in a couple days to review our findings. He didn't charge me a dime for today's visit. It's hard to find honest people these days, but luckily, we have found our new plumber.... Isaac & Sons!
