These plumbers are not just plumbers, they are nice people. I have used them for huge factory installations, and tiny leak problems created by others Every time they come, they are prompt, work clean, and courteous. Ive had emergencies, and plenty of non emergencies. They handle them both appropriately. I never met Irwin, but Jay (father) and Brandon (son) make a terrific team!

I actually never right reviews, but Brandon is really great. He is so responsive (texts directly with you whenever!), so reliable (actually even arrived a bit early one of the times), and you don't feel like someone is hustling you. He even told me to pay the invoice after I ran my dishwasher myself. You feel like you've known eachother forever.

I had a gas leak in my stove and I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Brandon came and repaired the leak. He was efficient and reliable. He came back to replace the diverter in my bathtub. He was on time and everything was done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They are a family owned business and very knowledgeable.

Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, Jay does not use scare tactics into having you purchase more services than you need. My boiler had a long standing series of issues. Made a call hellbent on getting a new boiler to solve all my problems. Brandon walked me through why it may be better to keep what I have and save money.

The guys came out did a full inspection, did a full inspection and talked me through all the things wrong and how to correct them. After they finished they cleaned up the boiler room and tested every single radiator in the house to make sure the system was working. This helped identify one issue that I didn't even know about and the corrected it.

Needless to say - this was a call worth making and I would call Friedman back at any time and also recommend them.

After the job was done, they called back a few days later to make sure everything was still working fine and no issues were noticed with the system.

During a rain storm my basement bathroom tub started filling up with dark water. Called these guys and they did come out same night and charged what they said which was an emergency snaking of the sewer line for $750. The plumber who came out said that would fix it and said there was a 30 day warranty. Gave him a tip. 32 days later hurricane Henri hit and our basement flooded. I called Brandon to try to honor their warranty since how am I supposed to know when another storm would hit and clearly snaking didn't fix the issue. I even asked if a plumber would just come out and camera inspect the pipe and I would pay the cost. He said he'd call me back and never did. I found another plumber who figured out that my sump pump was broken. Basically snaking the line did nothing. If your plumber had inspected everything and not jump to snaking the line, it would've saved me $10k in repairing my basement.

Our toilet was backed up on a Friday afternoon and with the old, problematic plumbing system in our home we new we needed serious help. The plumber arrived in about an hour and he was excellent but it turns out we needed a more intense snake that would go through the main sewer connection. The second plumber came with the snake and dealt with a design flaw in our plumbing system that we were told couldn't be fixed. He was able to finally snake our drain properly for the first time and our plumbing has been great ever since. They were a very professional, knowledgeable team and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!
