5 stars is honestly not enough stars. Picture this: 4pm Christmas Eve. My parents come home to a collapsed ceiling in the bathroom, water everywhere. They panic. I start frantically calling 24 hour hour plumbers in the Easton/St Michaels area (spoiler alert: most of the top search results were not in fact 24 hour plumbers and told us they couldn't help until 2 days later). I get through to Irvin and he graciously agreed to send out a team to the house. ON CHRISTMAS EVE. The crew was so incredibly kind to my parents, not only did they address the plumbing issue but stayed behind to help with a substantial portion of clean up and damage control. I wholeheartedly recommend Irvin - thank you for being such a wonderful and caring business in the community!
