Bought a house from him in June, had to leave in august due to his failure to fix the leak he signed and agreed to fix in the addendum. Had to relocate with our toddler and being pregnant. We are now having to rip out the flooring and fix the plumbing due to his lack of care to fix this initial leak (did a crappy patch up job) and lack of integrity. Do not purchase a home from him!! He knew there was standing water and mold and set new flooring on top of the damaged sub floor to cover the disaster. My little family has no home with holidays coming up now.

I found Irvin Construction on Yelp with other suggestions from Yelp. My job was master bathroom redo. I talked to 3 contractors and got bids from 3(1 originally recommended by family). Scott arrived right on time for the consult. His bid was the best. His crew is fantastic. They started on time and worked full days. His tile guy, Jose, is meticulous. The job took a little longer than originally thought but I did add a couple of changes so it was not their fault. Irvin Construction is an excellent company, highly recommend.
