Nick was great. On time, professional & honest. Made sure my sprinklers were watering my lawn & not the sidewalks. He checked for leaks and reset our timer & made recommendations as how to water more efficiently. I just scheduled him to service another property. Good work + Honest people = win

Moved to a new place (Sorrento Valley) and found new leak at the main irrigation valves.
Called them up and Nick showed up on time at my place.
He checked out the leak, had some replacement valves in his truck, replaced the leaky valves.

45 min later + reasonable cost = no leak.

I also asked him to run through the irrigation system since I have not had time to look into everything. He went through the whole system with me and helped understand the timer. This saved me a lot of time of internet research and going through manuals.

I initially found Irritech Sprinkler Repair/Nick thru YELP and all the positive reviews he received. I was redoing the landscaping along the walkway to the front door and asked him to convert the existing irrigation from a spray system to a drip system. He did a wonderful job. He was quick, thorough and neat. He went above and beyond and also re-programmed the sprinkler timer so the sprinkler zones went off in chronological order (previously they were set off in random order). Since it had been so long since I looked at the entire system, I asked him to go thru the system with me to re-identify which zones belonged to which sprinkler heads. Now that I have found someone who is knowledgably, reliable, reasonably priced, and who goes above and beyond, I actually look forward to redoing the landscaping in the backyard!! Thanks Nick.

Nick is absolutely phenomenal. I travel all the time for work, and because of this it makes it very difficult for me to hammer out a time when I can be available. Nick worked hand in hand with me to work out a time for me to be home when he was coming by.

When he did, he did an amazing job. Not only did he go above and beyond updating my system and adding a couple of things I requested, but he educated me on how I could do some things myself in the future to save me some money. He also said if there were anything that popped up I could give him a call. Overall I will always call Nick for any irrigation needs that may arise in the future.

Great! Honest, dependable, thorough, knowledgeable! Give Nick a call! You won't be disappointed. We called him as new owners of an older home. He came over and helped me sort out our irrigation system and its controls. He found a broken pipe and valves and repaired them - which brought our water usage way down from where it had been! He repaired and reset sprinklers and upgraded my drip system for my potted plants. Price was very reasonable and he gave a quote in advance. Better yet he came when he said he would and did the job efficiently and thoroughly.

When my husband and I bought our house a couple of years ago, as first-time home owners, we didn't have the faintest clue how to operate our sprinklers and take care of them. We are just not handy like that! We managed for awhile but a few months ago, we started noticing some issues with our timer/control box and some sprinkler heads broke. Some neighbors recommended Irritech and I called. While Nick was booked out an entire month in advance, it was worth the wait (we just hobbled along by hand watering in the meantime).

When our appointment finally came around, he was courteous, on time, and fixed all of our issues in about 30 minutes. Not knowing what to expect, I was imagining a huge bill . . . but he only charged us for the service fee ($75) and even reprogrammed our control box. I told my husband we are not ever touching it again! Only Nick! Ha!

Anyway, if you can get an appointment that suits your needs, I would definitely recommend using Irritech. I think the fact that he is so booked up in advance speaks to his credibility and experience. Worth the wait!

Truly perfect! It's great to see there are still smaller companies out there that put the customer first. Nick and his wife were extremely professional and friendly and reasonably priced.
