just WOW. Nick was here on time, he was super polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the repair area neater and cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will definitely call Irritech in the future for any sprinkler issues. My only complaint is that they are so busy that my appointment was a few weeks out from when I called. But it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!

I called and could not even get anyone to call me back. Their message does state that due to a large clientele they can only add a couple new clients each week. A return call would have been nice. Will find someone else.

He did call me after I posted this, he has a wife, 3 kids one only weeks old and a lot of calls. He seemed very nice, but couldn't get to me soon enough. I hired another person, Nick was very nice and I may call him again...

I didn't end up use them but was impressed by their customer service. They squeezed me into their schedule when they didn't really have an opening and then the gentleman that came over gave me tips on how to repair it myself vice having them do it since their price was more than I was willing to spend. Took the persons advice, went to the irrigation store he recommended (SiteONE landscape), bought the parts I need there since the parts I originally bought at Home Depot were junk.

Top notch service even though I didn't use them. I paid him $40 for his time, advice and gas money and couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks guys, appreciate your honest assistance even though I didn't utilize your services.

Nick came to assess my sprinkler needs today and I have nothing but good things to say. He didn't need to do any work for me but taught me a lot and was patient and kind, and professional. I will call Nick in the future if I need repairs and will recommend him to my friends.

Our experience with Nick could not have been better. We recently moved in to a new place in Carlsbad, and there were many issues with the system: broken/non-functioning sprinkler heads, wiring issues, insufficient coverage, etc. Nick came by this morning, diagnosed the issues within 20 minutes, and then in less than two hours repaired and tuned the system, replaced nine sprinkler heads, and resolved the electrical issues--all for far less than I had expected. Fast, competent and honest service.
