After a few months trying to figure out the irrigation system on our own, we decided it is time to consult the professionals. One of the zone just wouldn't turn on so I talked to 3 companies (Irritech was one of them). Nick (Irritech) was the only one who figured out the problem after 7 mins of diagnosis and fixed it in 10 mins at the cheapest price! Then I hired him to replace my leaking valves and manifolds and tuned up the majority of my yard. Nick not did a great job but also answered every single one of my questions.

I echoed other reviews how excellent their service is. I will surely hire them again for future irrigation needs!

Ditto to what everyone else said! I believe his knowledge is his greatest asset. Who knew you could unscrew a leaky valve blow into it and voila, fixed. (not the other two people who attempted to fix it).

Overall excellent experience. I woke up to a flooded back yard on a Friday morning and the only way I could get it to stop was shutting off the main water valve. Dreading a whole weekend without any water in the house I called up Irritech and thankfully they were able to fit me in during the morning to assess the situation and then come back in the afternoon to fix it. On top of that the work was less than Nick initially expected so he lowered the price accordingly. After the good experience I am having them come back to do some other irrigation work we need done.

Some reviews have suggested that Nick is busy because he is good and that because he is busy the customer cannot always schedule a time with him for a repair, project, or consultation. While Nick is very good and plenty busy as a result, he was considerate of my schedule and made it easy to find times to consult on a repair, to discuss likely repair costs, parts, and steps, and to then perform the repair as agreed.

Nick is bright, diligent, knows irrigation very well, and is easy to talk to. Nick is happy to explain what he is doing and why, and he does so in a way that is easy to understand. He always does great technical work but, in my opinion, his best quality is his way with people. People like Nick who are in high demand tend to also be unwilling or unable to find time for smaller jobs, like mine, but I found Nick accommodating and expect you will find him accommodating, too.
