Nic came out on short notice to assess our existing system. He spent a good hour running through various diagnostics and found the leak. He adjusted the settings, isolated the leak and informed me what needed to be done if I were to move forward with a repair. He was very professional didn't charge me for his time, despite me offering to pay. I would definitely hire him in the future for any repairs.

For a 2nd time in less than a year, Nick was able to get us out of a tight spot promptly, effectively and at a fair price. We have an old Blu Lock pipe system and replacement materials are quite scarce. We are not eager to replace the whole system right now so getting the parts to repair it is critical. Nick found them by taking the initiative, fixed the problem correctly and got our thirsty roses back on track just in time for summer. Nick always treats you honestly, will decline a job if he has any hesitation about delivering on a particular job and will recommend another who might better complete that specific job. We recently moved into a new house, and our first water bill was much higher than we had expected. I reached out to Nick to take a look at our drip irrigation system and make sure it was running efficiently. It was easy to schedule a free estimate, and I received a call the day before to confirm the appointment. Nick was very knowledgeable; he checked for leaks and made some small changes to help us use our system more efficiently. I was so pleased with his service that I called him again a few months later when we found some new issues. Nick was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He capped off my valve and removed my sprinkler control panel in about 20 minutes. Nick is awesome!! I was not sure what was going on with my drip system and timers so I had him come out. He diagnosed the situation and reset the timers all at no charge!! If I have any problems or need to replace any equipment, Nick at Irritech will be my first call.

I have used Nick several times since we moved to San Marcos. The first time was to go through the irrigation system, evaluate it, and change some sprinkler heads. He spent some time with me going through the system and addressed some of my concerns. Most recently, one of our zones wasn't irrigating. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
