I called to see about getting an estimate to redo our irrigation. We have about an acre of property and we have had a few people come out that either didn't seem to know what they were doing or provided estimates that were ridiculously expensive for the work to be done. I wanted to see about having Chris come out to provide an estimate based on the qualifications he stated he had on his website. He told me he charged to do an estimate and I told him I wasn't comfortable with that given our experiences to date. I anticipated that we would have a brief conversation on the phone where he could give me an idea as to cost or at least his hourly rate, but instead he simply said to me ""I don't work for free"". I found his comment completely unprofessional and unwarranted. I would not recommend him based on how rude he was on the phone.

Chris is a terrific expert on all things regarding your irrigation system. Honest reliable and creative. He will give you the straight scoop. He was incredibly helpful to our individual watering situation.
