If I could give more, I would. We are a small single income family trying to figure things out in a time of financial and societal chaos. We rent a small townhouse and our upstairs sink was backing up. I reached out to Matt at Ironwood and am so glad I did! I originally called another company that many in our neighborhood use and when asking for an appointment for the next day, the person on the other end laughed, said no and hung up! We decided to seek a quote through yelp. Matt came back with a very fair and reasonable estimate. After speaking on the phone to schedule, Matt's honesty and integrity came through! He even called back because he had a cancellation and come same day. We kept the scheduled appointment and Matt worked to clear our drain...it turned out to be quite difficult and time consuming! Despite the heat and work, Matt maintained professionalism and continued to work hard! He finished, tested, and guaranteed the work! We were impressed. It was a much more challenging clog than expected. His honesty and integrity came through when all done! We appreciate his hard work and value his fairness! I believe good people deserve good things...I would highly recommend Matt for future work and other people I know!

My boyfriend and I have contacted PowerStone and Ironwood to schedule an inspection for the water in our apartment building. When we called Ironwood after PowerStone informed us to contact them when they have created the work order, the employee that answered the phone for us was very rude and unprofessional when we have requested for someone to come to us first on Thursday, February 21 since the time frame was between 9 and 9:30 PM and both of us works. No one should have to deal or put up with such horrible customer service.

My girlfriend and I have called Ironwood Plumbing around February 15 for a water inspection that HOA (PowerStone) has informed us to do and to choose either Thursday, February 21 or Thursday, February 28. When we called them to schedule our inspection on Thursday, February 21 and requested to have them come to us earlier than later since both of us have to work, the employee was very rude and unprofessional to us when we made the request. When they did come on Thursday, February 21, they came a few minutes before my girlfriend had to leave for work.

I am the owner of a unit in Monterey Villas in Santa Ana. Ironwood answered and arranged a plumber ASAP for me. They did a bit of troubleshooting. (the hot water in the condo building did not shut off for them so they could replace a valve) The created a workaround and finished the job. The billing was as quoted. Good job Guys! Found this company while looking for an authorized Raypak warranty and repair provider near me. I was skeptical at first but called them and they came out in about 1 1/2 hour on the same day of the call. Dorian came out and fixed my pool heater. He was very professional and friendly and I could not be happier with the results, the process, the billing, and speedy response. Just like anywhere else, they charge a service call fee and apply it to the work if you use them which is standard procedure. The $ was a little high in my opinion but when I think about the fast response, the results, the service, and the convenience, it does actually seem worth it so I'm happy and will use them again and recommend them.

I have used this plumbing company several times. I have been very impressed with their work and knowledge of the trade. They installed a very large HydoSystems spa tube for us in the upstairs MB A very difficult job, but they completed it in a timely manner. Everything works perfect and Charlie Licona( the owner) even called the next day to followup on how things were going. Today we needed our kitchen drain snaked out. Joe Carrillo showed up on time and completed the job in less than a hour He told us to run a lot of hot soapy water down the drain every quarter to prevent any grease build up. He then checked all the pipe connections under the sink. A very knowledgeable and pleasent person. I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I would never use anyone else. 2 Slab leaks - 1st in 2014 and 2nd last month. The owner, Charlie, checked out the situation both times. 1st time much lower cost than I expected to pay for all of their time and work and great service for re-routing lines. This time Joe/Joey started the work and Joe/Robert finished re-routing lines. Did a great job. From the time they walked in the door they started working... never once in several hours did I even see them take a break. Victor does a great job in dispatch. Everyone is personable and honest. Have not received 2nd slab leak bill yet, but positive it will be very reasonable.
