April V.I recently bought a house with unexpected plumbing issues. It's been financially and emotionally draining with no real resolution. I took to the local fb page for another plumbing referral and Nic contacted me directly. He practically diagnosed this issue over the phone. When he came out, he explained exactly what he was going to do. Turns out, his phone diagnosis was spot on. I'm not sure how 4 other plumbers, 2 of which were master plumbers (which they let me know) failed to diagnose this issue. His guys came out the next day. Nic (and Jimmy) are fair, honest people. I'm a recent widow and I just want to enjoy this house and his kindness and respect was just so overwhelming to me. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

I was so impressed with his response time especially since it was the middle of the night.
He returned the next morning and checked to make sure the leak was repaired so I decided to have him fix other plumbing problems in my house and he also checked my heater and changed my filter.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional & dependable plumber!
