After attempting to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly by myself with absolutely no results, I ended up having to call someone to take a look at it.
Stuart worked around my schedule to come to the house and since he was already here I asked him look at the toilet in the guest bathroom for which the tank was taking forever to fill up.
He had to pull the first toilet out to remove a plastic thing that was stuck in it (not sure how it got there or why, I just bought the house and haven't even moved in) and replaced a valve in the guest toilet.
He was very nice and courteous, and I think it was pretty obvious that I had no clue of what he was doing so he kept me in the loop the whole time, and best of all, my toilets are operating fine now.
I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but I'll definitely be calling him if that's the case.

I've not used their service, which may be great. But, I was in traffic with one of their drivers and he was such an asshole I'll never use them. Good luck

Made an appt for Wednesday at 1:00pm on Sunday, no call no show no nothing.

Perhaps a different plumber might be a better fit.

Wow. Service on a Sunday for a screamingly reasonable price. He responded promptly and came to look at my water heater when he said he would, didn't try to up-sell anything -- just made a simple fix and rode off into the sunset. I've found my new go-to plumber!

If I may add a momentary mild rant: I've always used the bigger franchise plumbing services for weekend emergency work (which is when I'm home and need assistance) and I'm used to an added charge for weekend service -- which has never made sense. If you're advertising that you offer 24/7 service, why charge extra on weekends when you have people scheduled to work anyway?

I called Ironman Plumbing to replace a water heater. It was installed the next day for a very fair price. The new water heater had a manufacturing fault and he resolved it quickly and professionally and at no extra cost to me.
