Called on a Saturday about my mother having a clogged toilet (as our usual plumber was out of town on vacation) and was provided a Monday appointment. Understandable. I also shared during this call that our usual plumber was out of town but snakes the drain from the roof to correct the issue. When the Ironman repairman arrived, he never considered going on the roof and instead opted to charge my 80 year old mother $485 to remove the toilet to unclog it. I attempted to call the company during the visit before the work began to again request the repairman clear the clog from the roof knowing that this would be more cost effective. I was told they would consult with the repairman to find out what was going on and would call me back. Not surprising, they never had the simple courtesy to follow-up with me as they agreed to do! Subsequently, the worker was at the home working for less than 45 minutes!! To me, $485 for 45 minutes is an astronomical rate when the appointment wasn't even an emergency weekend or after hours visit!! In speaking with our usual plumber, he advised this service should have cost no more than $300 and suggested we call the company!! When calling the company a second time to attempt to dispute these ridiculous charges, they were not interested in resolving the matter and refused to take any money off of her bill!! It's absolutely appalling and shameful that Ironman Plumbing would financially choose to exploit a senior citizen like this!

Excellent service! Cedric from Ironman was professional, on time, and best of all highly capable. We had literally just bought a house and found water all over the floor. A handyman friend wanted to start knocking holes in the wall to find the mystery leak.Fortunately, we called Ironman. Cedric found the problem in 5 minutes. It was an old refrigerator leaking water. Cedric also fixed the related problem of a non working turn off valve for the refrigerator's water line. Will definitely use again.

In December 2022 I had Ironman install a new toilet. A week after the installation, I called them to let them know I felt light I was tipping off the toilet. They cam up and fixed it. Gave me a song and dance stating technician did it wrong and was fired. Fixed it but when calking the toilet, used something that let the calking looking filthy. I was my bathroom floor twice a day so know that it was not due to a dirty floor. Less than a year and a half later toilet would not flush. Came up and stated that the part that flushes the toilet needed to be adjusted. Now we are 3 months after that and the toilet stopped flushing again. There is no reason for this to keep happening to a toilet that is a year and a half old. When I called yesterday, I mentioned that there is clearly a defect in the toilet if there are so many problems and want a new toilet. I told them I should not be charged for coming up. The person I spoke to was very nice but now know he was giving me a song and dance. Technician Ronald came up. No toilet. first it was the same part as last time not working. Then it was a clog. Calle while he was here and they had the service manager call me. He said no new toilet and i can contact American Standard if I want a toilet. Basically he was rude and had no customer service in his attitude. I told him I would be writing this review and he said, go for it. Got the below after he left. Notice there is a signature BUT not my signature. Not ethical! I am sure they will respond to this review but I promise you this is the truth. DO NOT USE THEM

Okay so I've been having a huge plumbing issue with my toilet ! But because it's a duplex both sides were backing up ! I didn't know who to call but because of the reviews I came across Iron Man Plumbing ! BY FAR the best plumbing company ever ! I called at 3:30 and was told someone would be out to check it out by 4:30... At 3:50 the guy was ALREADY HERE !! They sent out a guy name Keno who did an amazing job ! Great customer service, super professional and he didn't rush ! He took his time, identified the problem & fixed it ! He even stayed after company hours to ensure everything was running smooth ! Keno you're a LIFE SAVER ! Any other plumbing issues and I'll definitely be calling for your services ! Thank you so much ! (Btw the price was SUPER affordable)GREAT COMPANY ! Thanks Keno :)

Iron Man Plumbing assisted us during a dire emergency with our hot water tank. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our issue, secure available parts and was extremely responsive with our repair & follow up. If I could, I would rate this company higher than a 5.

Great honest guys. I had several companies come & was given a lot of miss information. They are the only ones that went to the source under my house before telling me what was wrong. He took before and after pictures & detailed what he would do & itemized the bill clearly I was quoted up to 4xs the amount from a company I almost trusted. Several other companies with whom I was not impressed with tried to take my money Thank goodness a friend refered ironclad plumbing. I highly recommend them. They are my plumber's for life
