Bonnie B.In December 2022 I had Ironman install a new toilet. A week after the installation, I called them to let them know I felt light I was tipping off the toilet. They cam up and fixed it. Gave me a song and dance stating technician did it wrong and was fired. Fixed it but when calking the toilet, used something that let the calking looking filthy. I was my bathroom floor twice a day so know that it was not due to a dirty floor. Less than a year and a half later toilet would not flush. Came up and stated that the part that flushes the toilet needed to be adjusted. Now we are 3 months after that and the toilet stopped flushing again. There is no reason for this to keep happening to a toilet that is a year and a half old. When I called yesterday, I mentioned that there is clearly a defect in the toilet if there are so many problems and want a new toilet. I told them I should not be charged for coming up. The person I spoke to was very nice but now know he was giving me a song and dance. Technician Ronald came up. No toilet. first it was the same part as last time not working. Then it was a clog. Calle while he was here and they had the service manager call me. He said no new toilet and i can contact American Standard if I want a toilet. Basically he was rude and had no customer service in his attitude. I told him I would be writing this review and he said, go for it. Got the below after he left. Notice there is a signature BUT not my signature. Not ethical! I am sure they will respond to this review but I promise you this is the truth. DO NOT USE THEM
Mary C.I had a water heater installed in November 2023. I was never sent the permit papers until 5 weeks of requesting them 3 different times. When I called the office I was told that my messages were being given to Robyn the Office Manager. When she finally returned my phone call she said she was out of the office the entire time and never received my messages. The applications were then sent to me. I immediately filled them out and returned them. Again, 4 requests and 3 weeks later of asking of what needed to be done next was finally answered that it was sent to the county and I would hear something in 3 weeks which I was then issued a permit number, no additional information of what I needed to do or next steps. Another 3 weeks went by with no additional information or instructions. I was leaving the following week and needed the inspection completed. Finally I was told the inspector would be there the next business day. However an electrician came which I was not expecting. He said I would never pass the inspection since it was not hardwired and he proceeded to do it. It then took another 2 promises of the inspection before it actually happened. They knew about the wiring since November and never told me this was required and why wasn't this taken care of immediately As a company they have no customer service, no communication to their clients, no follow up. I must have made over 30 phone calls to follow up on a status, finding out next steps, requesting information, requesting why I was given wrong information and the whole process took 4 months! It was a terrible experience I would not want anyone else to go through this - that's why I felt I needed to write a review and warn others.
Buyer beware! Fraud! I chose this company bc of the reviews, so I feel the need to set the record straight. I was told and signed for a price of $89 to come out and $300 for leak detection. Then, the technician stated he had to buy the flange to repair it. If I wanted the new toilet i bought installed, it would be $300 on top but he never mentioned the price for a flange. He never told me the price or had me sign off. One hour later, he holds up his phone and says, """"sign here that the work was done,"""" then rambles on about how to pay without ever telling me the price. I ask,"""" how much?"""" He says, """"$1024.00 """" for two hours work! I was bamboozled. Had I known it was that price, I would have never used them. I felt intimidated with the guy standing there and telling me how much it was. They took advantage of a single mom, and I won't stand for it. Do your homework, consumers, and find a reputable, reliable, and reasonably priced company. Not Ironman.

Serge B.There are jobs and there are tough and special jobs. Mine was from the latter category. It started at noon and was over at 6 pm. Lots of difficulties overcome, including lack of sunlight at the end, but when all been said and done, the leak in the outdoor pipe was repaired, and after I double-checked this morning, everything is run fine and smooth and no leaks. Thank you, Alejandro and Dani, you are the best!

Called on a Saturday about my mother having a clogged toilet (as our usual plumber was out of town on vacation) and was provided a Monday appointment. Understandable. I also shared during this call that our usual plumber was out of town but snakes the drain from the roof to correct the issue. When the Ironman repairman arrived, he never considered going on the roof and instead opted to charge my 80 year old mother $485 to remove the toilet to unclog it. I attempted to call the company during the visit before the work began to again request the repairman clear the clog from the roof knowing that this would be more cost effective. I was told they would consult with the repairman to find out what was going on and would call me back. Not surprising, they never had the simple courtesy to follow-up with me as they agreed to do! Subsequently, the worker was at the home working for less than 45 minutes!! To me, $485 for 45 minutes is an astronomical rate when the appointment wasn't even an emergency weekend or after hours visit!! In speaking with our usual plumber, he advised this service should have cost no more than $300 and suggested we call the company!! When calling the company a second time to attempt to dispute these ridiculous charges, they were not interested in resolving the matter and refused to take any money off of her bill!! It's absolutely appalling and shameful that Ironman Plumbing would financially choose to exploit a senior citizen like this!
Excellent service! Cedric from Ironman was professional, on time, and best of all highly capable. We had literally just bought a house and found water all over the floor. A handyman friend wanted to start knocking holes in the wall to find the mystery leak.Fortunately, we called Ironman. Cedric found the problem in 5 minutes. It was an old refrigerator leaking water. Cedric also fixed the related problem of a non working turn off valve for the refrigerator's water line. Will definitely use again.
