Good work. Clear and excellent communication about what work needed to be done and the price was fair. Aaron does an excellent job of outlining what is involved ( in this cased, replacing a water main ), handles all the permit work for you, AND cleans up after the job.

Ironman put in a new water main for our home in Tigard and they did a fantastic job. It was a tricky job since the main was very close to a gas pipe and an underground electrical service (not to mention my neighbors main was right next to mine). They showed up on time for the initial appointment and started work the next day. Even when they ran into some issues with the city they were able to resolve them without bothering me or charging me any extra and I didn't even find out about it until after I received the final inspection. They threw in a couple of extra things at no cost that I didn't even ask for so I was quite happy about that too. They kept a clean worksite and did a first class job. I would hire them again in an instant and would highly recommend their services to family and friends as well as others.

Aaron was awesome to work with. Bid came in at less than half the highest competitor to replace about 50 feet of water line in my 100 year old house, in part because he found a creative way to avoid sidewalk damage/repairs that others anticpated. Job was also tricky because of rocky soild and 10 foot retaining wall. Took more time than expected because of these factors, but he stook to his bid with no overages/change orders, even worked a saturday to finish ontime for the inspection the next Monday. Also hooked up a temporary line so that we had during the process. Super responsive through-out the process. Work was high quality, passed first inspection, and no sidewalk repair needed. Ironman did a partial re-pipe from the meter through about 20ft of underground into my basement. They drilled from the meter, re-piped a whole bunch of stuff that was very old, moved the washer and dryer fixins up a level, and also hooked up a whole house filtration system. They also stepped the water line up a size. This is a 100+ year old house so I wasnt sure how old the pipes were. They made more ideal runs of PEX so the hot water gets where its going faster and they cleaned up after themselves.

The price was fair and the work was done well. Aaron was friendly and got it done in a couple days.

Another great thing was that Ironman got the permits and had it inspected and signed off by the end of the week.

We have a cooperative swimming pool that is decades old. We needed a water service line replaced ... but the repair needed to be trenchless due to a sidewalk and a tree with roots that compacted the city water meter box.

Aaron responded to our quote request quickly. He gave us a fair cost and very quick repair time.

Great service. When I called to get a bid for replumbing my shower, Aaron gave me a time and material quote that sounded reasonable.
When he came to do the work, he got here on time, did the job in the time frame he quoted and charged what he said he would. The work was top quality.
Ironman is now the first place I will call for any plumbing job!

Had Ironman out to quote a substantial project. Nice guy did a thorough job of asking questions and looking at everything. Said I would get a quote in a few days. After a couple of weeks I received nothing in my email or in US mail. I sent 2 follow up emails including my name and phone number....NO response. Oh well guess I will keep looking.

Had Ironman plumbing run a new water main. They were very responsive and finished project on time. Also offered to run a temporary waterline until they could get the final one installed. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
