Jaceb and Daniel were here today to repair my Kohler toilet. Jaceb was here last week to investigate a flushing problem. A complete overhaul of the toilet was required. True to their word the technicians arrived on time with the proprietary parts. The remove and replacement was done efficiently, quickly and cleanly. This is the third time I have relied on Ironclad to work at my condo. Should the need arise again I will again choose Ironclad to get the job done.

My master tub was filling very slowly. It needed a new main valve body. Luke came for the initial evaluation and estimate. He took all the time necessary to explain my options. He never acted rushed and never tried to upsell me. Luke seemed really interested in helping me find the right solution. I chose to replace the valve with a different brand and change all the exterior hardware as a set. Luke kept me informed as to when the parts were arriving. Installation took place in a few days. Luke brought Kevin to help with the install. They were courteous and efficient. A great experience! I will call Ironclad again!

had an issue with my drain and toilet at 10 pm JAN was over in half hour and within an hour jan had cleaned my main line clean everything up reset the toilet .. check the tub drain n shower.. he was truly a gentleman ...
