He came out to correct work done by another plumber who installed a new water heater 6 months ago.

The other plumber (Eco-Plumbing) didn't include new code requirements in his work, and spent a lot of OUR time (90 minutes or so) trying to sell us a $4,500 water treatment system for our house.

The T & P valve (brand new pressure relief valve) was leaking for days after he replaced our water heater. Called Eco-Plumbing about it -- he came out and said that was normal.

He could have easily checked our internal water pressure (it was 110 psi -- not supposed to be over 75 psi), and fixed the problem.

The first thing Javier checked was the water pressure. He replaced the water pressure regulator valve, and hooked up other code requirements Eco-Plumbing had overlooked.

Now the water heater is good as gold -- operating properly, no leaking T & P valve!

Javier impressed me with his desire to simply take care of the pressing issues we needed fixed. He is also very honest, and bids on a per job basis (don't have to worry about the plumber taking his sweet time).

Highly recommend Javier for all your repair needs.

Javier from Iron Plumbing was fantastic to work with. He arrived promptly and was able to quickly install the valve for our refrigerator water source. While he was there we had him take a look at our connections for our dishwasher and a hose connection that was spraying up at us. Javier the owner is worth every penny I spent, which wasn't much. When the instructions say use a professional plumber follow the instructions. I thought I could install a new faucet in my remodeled kitchen and the P-trap it just wasn't happening. Within an hour Javier has both of them up an running. Very professional and reasonable.

Iron Plumbing (Javier) was great! Sent a number of quotes (April 24, 2018) on Yelp. They all came back except those who want ""more info"" or you telephone number ( look out for those people). The job was a straight forward water pressure valve replacement. Iron Plumbing came back with a low reasonable estimate and very good reviews. Javier did an excellent job!
