This company was used to build the track homes in Lincoln ca, the first year the home was built I had 2 major leaks under my kitchen sink the first one caused the cabinets to have to be replaced and granite slab to be removed to do so. Then 6 months later it happened again... really? Again. Now on the 3rd year in the house and both my neighbors and my water heater busts. Really 3 years and the water heater they put in is toast. I also build homes for a living and am letting all the builders I work with to use caution and sharing my experience with them. Horrible work and shotty materials, the should never be allowed to work on a home!

This business was referred to us by a fireplace company to convert a traditional wood burning fireplace to a gas one. When we scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate, they flat out flaked on us. When I rescheduled, a rep came out, looked at the house, then told me he'd have to talk to his boss before providing an estimate. After a follow up call they said they'd get back to us. They never did. Another follow up call 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't do the work because they were too busy. When i asked if they had even done an estimate, they said they were to busy. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not sure this is worth your time.

I recently had a problem with a hot-water heater at a rental property I own. The water pressure was poor but even worse, there was a puddle of water on the floor. I also was going out of town in two days so it was critical I got this done quickly. I called Iron Oak Plumbing and was blown away by the professionalism. They determined my needs, dispatched out a plumber (the same day), who had a replacement in his van, and charged me a price below what I thought it would cost. Now I have a happy renter, a more ""water-friendly"" water heater, and most importantly, I can enjoy my vacation. I strongly recommend these guys.
