He was on time, very communicative with both my mother and I, and gave us the option to fix the toilet or replace it. I can respect that and the fact that he was not being pushy at all. Had kevin come out to install a new kitchen faucet and replace the drain in my bathroom one. Excellent and highly recommend! Kevin had a cancellation so was able to come out within a couple of hours of my initial call. I needed my garbage disposer replaced and he was nice enough to pick the parts up for me. He was in and out very quickly and even cleaned up after he was done. Kevin is very friendly and professional.
