I called after noticing a leak from my garbage disposal. Kevin was super friendly and responsive, and got me an appointment quickly. When a job ran long that day he called me hours ahead of time to warn me and push back my appointment a bit. I appreciated his professionalism. Once the plumber arrived he was courteous and replaced my garbage disposal. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Both Kevin and James are nice, upbeat, knowledgeable, well-mannered, practical, and efficient. They were able to quickly provide us with a reasonable estimate. We missed out working with them because we ended up bundling our piping with the rest of our remodel . However I would still recommend Iron Mountain.

Don't even think of looking elsewhere for a plumber. Have lived in the area for 18 years and have experienced terrible service at the worst and mediocre at the best. That is before I met Kevin. He is professional, friendly and efficient. He is the kind of guy you meet that you know is not going to screw you over or do any upselling. I am beyond glad that I found him. 100% will never hire another plumber. Kevin is a gem!

Came downstairs on a Friday morning to water dripping from our ceiling. Honestly have not needed a plumber in many years and had no idea who to call. Naturally, I turned to Yelp and Iron Mountain was one of the first companies to pop up, and every single review was great. I followed up with a search on our community's Facebook page to see if anyone had used them, and was happy to discover that they were recommended over and over on several different posts by many different people. So I gave them a call.

Kevin was just as friendly and professional as many reviews said he was. He was in the midst of a time-consuming job on that Friday afternoon but still made time to stop by on his way home to at least take a look and see if he could determine where the leak was coming from and stop it so it didn't continue to leak throughout the weekend.

He found the source of the leak right away (upstairs bathroom toilet) and thankful for us it was a small leak which we were able to contain until he was available to come back and complete the job.

He fit us into his schedule the following Monday and returned to our home, completed the job and besides the small hole in our ceiling you would never even know he was here. He was so neat and tidy and respectful of our home. He did not make the hole any bigger than it needed to be and did a very clean professional job on our over 40 year old corroded pipe!

I would WITHOUT HESITATION recommend Kevin/Iron Mountain Plumbing! He was every bit as great as every review said he was.

We just moved in to our home in Yorba Linda and needed to repair or replace a water softening unit that was overflowing. Kevin, owner of Iron Mountain Plumbing came highly recommended and is a local Yorba Linda small business.
Kevin was easy to contact, prompt and throughly inspected the existing system. He educated us on water softeners (we never had one) and provided us with options to either repair or replace. We decided to go with his recommendation to replace the old ""all in one"" unit with a dual tank Halo system. Kevin was thorough, clean and provided a very professional installation. He also inspected other plumbing issues we needed addressed. He replaced valves and will also be finishing some repiping that was not properly finished by the previous owner.
We really like supporting local businesses and highly recommend Iron Mountain Plumbing.

Had an unidentified leak under sink that Kevin quickly diagnosed. We ordered a replacement part which came the next day. He returned to compete job after I notified him that the part was in. Plumbing issue resolved. Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, neat and had excellent communication. He's now my ""go to"" plumber.

Owner Kevin is nice, appreciate how he respects the home and also cleans after himself. Had our under sink plumbing, faucets and water filter installed for kitchen and he made sure that even the wiring of anything down there like the garbage disposal's and so on is tucked in looking neat. Lack of one star only because we know we know another one a little better priced who can do the same, but that doesn't mean we'll take him off our list. We'd still consider again when needed. It's been a month now since we had our service and so far everything is working good so no complaints, job well done.
