Beware! Beware! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE Guys. I have a water heater that is broken and have American Home Shield Warranty Services. These guys took 4 working days (excluding 2 weekend days, total of 6 days without heated water) to get back to me and now asking for $1300 to install under warranty water heater. Making excuse of some custom work that is needed.... I have an existing water heater in my home since 2008 when the home was built. There is no custom work need, it's just they are ripping off customer. Stay light years away from these fraudsters!!
In fact they should be reported and business shutdown!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! American Home Shield sent them out (AHS is another story...it's so hard to communite with them as well) and they never came when they were supposed to. Came twice with the WRONG things so couldn't finish the job and then never returned my phone calls. We ended up having to hire a plumber on our own. The main office is completely incompetent as are the plumbers they send out. Save yourself the frustration and don't use them. If AHS sends them out, don't even bother letting them in your home...it's worth it to pay out of pocket.

I wish if there is 0 start, this is the worst plumbing company ever, the guy was not helpful, he does not want to do any work, and he does not want even to remove the seat to get the Toilet brand, he wants me to do it for him!!, Then submits wrong reports to get the job denied by AHS, what a joke

IRH was assigned by my home insurance company to diagnose my kitchen sink faucet. David C. came to my house to look at the issue and suggested that my sink faucet needed replacement because it was rusted. He came prepared with the new sink faucet, and because he was experienced,
he noticed that my sink faucet has life time warranty. He immediately called the manufacturer company to request for a new sink faucet.
He explained to me the issue and told me to let him know when the sink arrived that I would call them back and he would come out to get it replaced.
I called IRH and left voicemail a week later. IRH returned my
called right away and scheduled the appointment to come out the next week. David came to my house again and he found out that the manufacturer didn't sent every pieces so he immediately drove to the store to look for the missing pieces. He couldn't find it so he made another phone call to the manufacturer to request for the missing pieces. He was very patient and told me that he would come back out when I received the missing parts.
A week later, I emailed IRH, the office manager was very responsive. He scheduled an appointment for David to come back out again. This time my sink was finally got replaced. He also advised me on how to patch up the cracks around my sink. David is hardworking, patience, friendly, and care about his customer. He could create positive reviews for IRH. I was skeptical about IRH at first because I had prior bad experience with the contractor the AHS assigned to me, but IRH just proved to me that they did a very good job so I took my time to give them 5 Stars review.

Beware not to give up your signature on serviceman's cellphone. Irh was sent to evaluate my 75 G water heater as second opinion thru AHS. Serviceman ask me to sign my name on his cell phone screen confirming that he was in my home for AHS. He agreed with First plumber that my water heater has to be replaced. Next day i got an email from IRH with attached signed work order with my signature that I gave to service man under work order for $1,353.00 out of pocket for upgrade which is not covered by AHS. I was very surprised to see this signed work order by me. I wouldn't signe this expensive work order. Although the 1st plumber informed me that upgrade cost to me is between $500.00-600.00. Unfortunately, AHS assigned IRH for to complete the work and charging me $1,353.00 for upgrade. AHS refusing to go back to first plumber.

This company was referred to us through American home shield and it could not have been a worse experience. You would think that they would work with Reputable company's that are professional.
Well, this company is none of the above.
They do not communicate.
They do not reply to inquiries, like ""hey you should have been here an hour ago, where are you?""
They are rude.
Then when you try to get an answer to anything they complain.
Don't bother with these people unless you want to waist your time.

This company SUCKS! Do not use them. I had a horrible experience with them through my cheap ass home warranty plan American Shield. They approved my work order then joined up with American Home shield and denied me. Crooks...

Terrible company, 3 weeks later and my shower faucet has not been fixed yet!

AHS warranty uses IRH Plumbing and I requested service because my shower in one of my baths was leaking, the Plummer came out on April 6, 2021 after checking the shower, he said the shower and faucet was leaking and needed replacing and they will submit the paperwork to AHS so it can be done. After a week no response, I called AHS and was told it was approved, I called IRH to let them know what AHS said of course I got voicemail and left a message and never got a response. Called AHS again and someone from IRH called scheduled appointment for today April 23, 2021 between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm no one arrived again I called IRH and got voicemail, left message no response.
I will have tell anyone that need a Plummer not to use them because they are not realible and don't follow through and I ceiling let the home warranty know that they are not realible

This company is pure garbage. AHS should be embarrassed to have association with them. I not only never want them near my property again, I'm considering another warranty company that chooses its contractors more wisely.
