Mixed bag. His electrical work was good and his carpentry work was good for the most part. He did a decent job extending the square footage of our laundry room and reframing everything. However, I cannot recommend his services for plumbing or painting. He doesn't believe in using spray paint or paint sprayers so a lot of his paint job on rounded things like stair railing are shoddy. Furthermore, he doesn't use enough tape or plan painting in a way to avoid dripping. For example, he will install baseboard PRIOR to painting rather than just paint first to avoid dripping. But the worst is plumbing. He is not a licensed plumber and cannot work well with plastic tubs or PVC. He broke several pieces of PVC while doing a bathroom and used the wrong type of adhesive which caused further leaks and damaged drywall. The worst is he KNOWS this and uses drip pans under drains to cover up his leaks. Don't use Irek unless you are ok hiring more plumbers/painters to fix all his shoddy work.
