I made an appointment with Taylor who was very kind and professional and understanding of my needs. She scheduled the soonest available appointment which was very fast! Just a few days later Tracy came to our home and did a great job on our gas pipe issue behind our new gas range. The issue was our new range could not be pushed up against the wall because the gas pipe was sticking out too far. He had to cut a hole into the dry wall and moved the pipe down so that the range can be pushed all the way back. He was fast, informative, and very professional. I am happy with the work that he did and am confident that I will be using his plumbing services again! Thank you IRA Plumbing!

Our tub and toilet were flooding the bathroom. Called IHS and talked to Robin on the phone. She was very friendly and did her best to coordinate with our Property Manager. Tracy (our plumber) was here immediately. He took care of our problem (cleared roots out of the pipe running to the sewer) within 5 minutes at a very reasonable price. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and procedure to us in lay terms that we could understand. These guys are awesome. I would definitely recommend them!!

March 2017 an employee of Ira Hansen came to our home to do a few plumbing jobs. This was a word of mouth referral from a heating contractor. When the employee came out the 1st time he made a good impression and we thought he corrected the issue, we didn't now this till the 2nd visit by this employee. 2nd visit was the employees quote to have 2 bibs replaced and 2 new toilets installed. The quote was given on a Tuesday, telling us that it is cheaper to purchase the toilets & bibs that way we can save money. (Nothing wrong with that statement) He quoted us $300 to do the whole job. He completed the work on a Friday, no phone call that the job is done or how everything went, just told our adult daughter I'm done & left around noon. We came home Friday evening & were shocked to see our old toilets sitting on out r.v. pad! It's now July17, and the owner Ira Hansen who is a state of Nevada Republican and a community leader feels he doesn't have to have anyone come out to pick up the toilets, refuses to satisfy the customer. I made a firm appt with his daughter today for tomorrow, shortly after that I received a text that the appointment has been cancelled by the owner of Ira Hansen says it is the customer's responsibility to dispose of the toilets.
Back to the 1st visit, we seen that there was water leaking from our expansion tank, the employee stated that it is just condensation, he will replace the pipes attached to the expansion/water tank and that was it.
When the bibs & toilets were installed, we tested the water flow for the r.v. pad bib, and heard a very loud knocking under our home. We immediately turned off the bib/faucet and checked under our home for any leaking, thankfully no leaks. We called Ira Hansen explained what we heard, the same employee came out next day, said the expansion tank is bad and that will be another $150.00 for a new one. Says he gave us a great deal on the expansion tank. Ira Hansen has employees that do shotty work and have to come back twice to correct their mistake and lie to the customer. Ira Hansens Customer service is poor, and to top this off still have NOT received any invoices. Like it never happened. Shady and unprofessional while they pretend there is face value with emails to their preferred customers with special deals when infact Ira Hansen and his family/emoloyees could careless.

Called for a water heater installation quote. The technician instantly quoted $1700 without actually checking to see what needs to be done first. Overpriced service stay away!!

I noticed my water heater leaking this morning and called Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing after a search on Yelp. They were able to send someone this afternoon which was a relief. Tracy arrived on schedule and was candid that I should not try and repair the unit since it was 20 years old. He quoted me a fixed price on the same size unit and even suggested I could go with a slightly smaller size for less money. I chose the same size and he quickly installed a new one and charged me the exact price I was quoted. I will definitely use this company again for any future needs.
