I tried to do the local law 152 gas inspection with this company and was spoken to Jason. I was told that the inspection certificate would be finished in 21 business days. I waited and call him , he says it was still not finished and told me to wait additional one week. Long story short , Jason is unprofessional, impatient and rude. I do not recommend this company to my friends and family members. There are a lot of other gas inspection company out there. Jason should learn customer service skill and not belittle their customers.

Never let these people remodel anything!!! Did the work and returned after months to ""repair"" it. Absolutely crap work. CRAP!!! Pics from today!!! Still crap.

Called about a leak repair. Repairman came and said he needed to get a part and I should call to get a price to complete the job. Unfortunately, we have been trying to call them for two weeks and they never answer the phone and the voice mail box is full.

What a waste of time. Stay away!

my main pipe was clogged, i called mr. jasson he said "" we charge 85$ to look at the problem and if we use the snake will charge you 100$ and the 85$ will be waived"", he is such a big layer because as soon as he get the work, he tryed to charge me 385$ for not even 5 min work, when i called him he denied waht he said and he said ""i missunderstood him."" i end up paying 250$. ir plumbing over charge, very bad service, and do not respect people's property , messy work, and more...... . please, do not, do not, do not get service from them (ir plumbing) you will regret at the end.

A gas inspection was performed on 3/9 of this year. I was told that I would be emailed a letter of inspection, formalizing that the inspection had taken place. A month later, I would receive the final certificate stating that the house had passed the inspection. Despite several phone calls (I spoke with Chris), I was told I would be contacted; I never was. So, after writing a check for $400, I have received absolutely nothing.

I called this company and they were very nice. They came and replaced pipes. Less than 2 months later the pipe was leaking. I called to let them know and they asked me if I hit the pipe and made it leak. I said no. They said they will get back to me. I texted them and they said they will get back to me. I called again and they said they will get back to me. I emailed the owner and he never got back to me. I would not recommend this company. I paid cash so I would not have to pay taxes. That was a mistake because I could have charged it back if I used a credit card. Never again

Had an Inspection done on the 15 th of October already Paid .I was told I will get the result within 2-5 days and up to now there is no response
I am very disappointed and I am still waiting - time is running out
I called many times and still no response.

I wish that I could agree with all the amazing reviews below; which is why I choose this company. I called and made an appointment, they were supposed to come today 9/10/21 between 3pm-5pm. Guess what no one showed up, called answering service 2 times asking for a call back and no one called me back. I had to loose a half of days pay for no one to show up. Makes me think all of the other reviews are FAKE. We all understand things happen, but no show and call back is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

This business charged me $285 for unclogging the drain while advertising the same service on Angie's list for $119. Their price list is $85 for diagnosis (it means just looking at your tab), $150 for service (just unscrewing a screw). The owner, Jason Becker, and the technician, Eduardo, knowingly took advantage of a customer with deceptive pricing and hidden charges and caused a lot of emotional distress and grief. The technician never stated the true price for the service, only after it was performed. I believe the business discriminates you if you are a woman and an immigrant and cannot be trusted into people's house. Many of the 5-star reviews on Google are written by extended family members and company's employees, including Jason Becker himself and the infamous technician Eduardo. The reviews are all 2-4 months old even though the company has been in business at least 5 years and as Jason Becker stated himself had 1000s of customers. This company is deceptive and engages in unfair practices. I strongly urge to report it to Better Business Bureau and file complaints to Department of Consumer Affairs.
