I had an emergency situation at home last night! Found Aleksandar Nenchev number on Nexdoor, called him! Boy! He came quickly, gave two options - one is a workaround and costs less and another is replacement and expensive. He went above and beyond to make sure the work gets done with the first option and he did. He will come back to make sure there's no leakage. High highly recommend Alex!

I found Alex to be very professional and honest. Everything was communicated upfront with no surprises. He did a great job replacing leaky galvanized piping to a water heater expansion tank. He replaced with a brass fitting and copper piping; the way the job should have been done in the first place (by the licensed plumbers who had installed the water heater).

Aleksandar was very responsive. He helped us fix 2 leaking sinks, replaced the cartridges in all of our showers, water pressure regulator, and even switches out a few shower heads for free. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what was wrong and why. He also spotted a few things that might need to be addressed in the future. His fees were very reasonable and he went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely use him again!

His work is very well finished and clean, and from what I can tell, he has top expertise in plumbing. He is well mannered and well spoken and comes off as very sincere. He came home for a free estimate and even when I showed him other things around the house, he did not oversell. Initially his price seemed high till he explained the reason, which I later confirmed. I did not bargain as his labor seemed to be in line with what most plumbers would charge, but he is well worth it.

In my house he changed the Water Pressure Regulator and left the whole setup in a much better condition than the messy original!

Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. I called Alex on a Saturday, and within 30 minutes he arrived to assist with the replacement. It is rare these days to find anyone who's professional, responsive, customer-service oriented, honest, AND competent, but Alex and his company are all of these things wrapped in one. He was able to accommodate us when we were having a water leak emergency. I was blown away by his knowledge and competency. He's also an ethical plumber. Those are two words that don't normally go together but Alex shocked me when rather than taking advantage of me and charging me for something I didn't need - something other plumbers have tried to do - he showed me how to easily fix an issue. You normally are lucky to just get what you pay for with plumbers, but with Alex you are getting much, much more value and he's truly a professional plumbing expert that can be trusted with your pipes and wallet!

Alex did a great job installing a water softener and filter. He also installed a kitchen faucet which required some skill working in a very tight space.
He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and very affordable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs.
Most recently he responded the same day to an urgent call about a leak alert from the city water service. He was very helpful in diagnosing the source of the leak, and is willing for additional help going forward.
