I can't say enough good things about my service. I needed a shutoff valve attached to my natural gas line in addition to connecting my new blackstone to it. Alek was responsive and punctual. A soon as he got here he knew exactly what was needed. I thought i had all the parts i needed and i was wrong. Not only did he provide the rights parts i needed, he made the installation look and function so much better than i even pictured it. I highly recommend him to anyone and fully intend to use him again!

We called IQ because we thought that the water mixer or cartridge needed replacing or repair in the shower. We knew it would be an expensive repair. After Alex looked at the heater, he determined that it was not a cartridge issue but was a circulation pump issue. The pump in the heating unit had never been turned on (new construction). Now we have hot water available on demand and we only had to pay the initial service call fee. #honestplumber. Alex, and his son Andrew, are my new go-to guys for my plumbing problems! Great service and really nice guys.

Our shower was making a shaking noise whenever we turned up the temperature.
