The first visit was a consultation on a water softener and reverse osmosis system installation. We were on a tight schedule, since we were pressured by another company to sign an order to receive a ""discount"". Alex showed up the next day and patiently provided us with multiple options -- all of which would save us a lot of money.
The second visit was for the water softener installation. It's been a month, and everything is working well!
We decided to install a reverse osmosis system ourselves, but we got stuck trying to drill a hole in our stainless steel kitchen sink. Alex came and drilled a hole that was precisely 1/2"" in dismember, exactly what we needed.
Alex is polite, friendly, punctual, and skilled. For our plumbing needs, he'll be the first person we call. Highly recommended!
