We called IQ and they came out within a few hours. We had previously used a different company to fix our garbage disposal but after 2 replacements in 2 years, we decided to look elsewhere/. IQ cane out and identified it was installed improperly and fixed it immediately.

Our technician also showed us how to fix an issue with out disposable that keeps occuring.

And it is very hard to find reliable vendors, Israel was referred to me, I'm so glad he was he is amazing and his crew is awesome too. My review comes strictly from the service I received over the phone. It was an experience that i was intimidated by, being that i don't know too much about unclogging a toilet. Spent about 24hrs with the toilet clogged in my home. After multiple attempts and no success I called Israel's Quality Plumbing. I was greeted by a gentleman that made me feel I was in good hands. One thing I found enjoyable was that, after calling around, Israel's Quality Plumbing did not have a service fee up front to let me know what the problem was. The service they provide would have a flat fee. After speaking with Israel on the phone and him walking me through some helpful tips, so i could attempt to unclogged my toilet myself, IT WAS A SUCCESS! I never felt Israel was looking to make a buck off me. He provided me with quality service by walking me through the clog. Quality is in the name of the business, and he definitely provided me that quality service!

There is so much I can say. Israel and his crew are amazing. Professional all the time and very fair on their pricing. They are clean and make sure to leave a job site clean.
