I was, at first, quite happy when Ron came to my home after I told him that I had no heat in early December He told me that I needed a part. The next day he came with the wrong part. The third day he came with what he thought was the right part. He was unable to give me a receipt for the part or an invoice for his services. That part failed after a few days and Ron came to readjust it. With all of these visits came continued loss of heat and having to stay in the house all day because he would never give a time for his return. On Christmas Eve, I lost heat again. I called Ron early in the morning and he returned the call at 6:30 when I was not at home . He offered, on my voice mail, to come over on Christmas Day. I called him several times that day and never got a return call. Meanwhile I continued to lose heat. I called him and left a message to just call and let me know if I should use someone else or if he could even let me know if he planned to come. I never heard from him as he continued to ignore my pleas for help as I was cold. I called another company who quickly noticed that the problem stemmed from Ron installing the wrong part. The problem was resolved by this new company and has been fine since. I called Ron again and asked for the receipt for the faulty part so that I could get my money back and he has also ignored this. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS RON WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD!!

This is the second time we have relied on the services of Ipswich Plumbing & Heating, and I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Each time, Ron arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after. There were several things that needed attending to this time, so Ron brought a helper. They worked quickly, did a wonderful job, and the bill for the services was reasonable.

I have used Ipswich Plumbing & Heating several times. The owner, Ronnie is very knowledgeable and a straight talker, which I appreciate. They replaced my piping inside my home, didn't leave a mess, worked quickly and the pricing was fair. When I had some issues with my burner and also my sewer line, I very much appreciated that instead of charging me to assess the situation, Ronnie spoke with me, got all the facts and actually referred me to another service provider who specifically took care of my issues more cost effectively. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
