This company continues to be completely unorganized. Called Wed, they said they'd schedule someone for Friday and would call to confirm. Friday came, no one called or showed, I called and they said no one was available & would I like to book Mon or Tuesday. Booked for Monday and lo and behold no one showed up and no one called. Turns out the guy is off today. They have zero respect for their customers. Do not waste your time.

The initial installation by another contractor was the cause of our issues. iPlumb came and attempted to repair those issues but did not achieve full resolution. iPlumb came back and went above and beyond to sort those out leaving us feeling completely happy with the end result. We all make mistakes, it is how you deal with those mistakes. I would highly recommend iPlumb and will be happy to have them repair any future issues we may have.

Don't waste your time. I made an appointment, but no one ever showed up. I called the office the next day to reschedule, but all they did was take down my name, number, and address and say they'd call me back after they figured out what happened. Did they ever call me back? Nope. Why they couldn't just make another appointment while they had me on the phone is beyond me. These guys are unorganized and just don't care. Do yourself a favor and find another plumbing company.
