On time. Work was done as expected. Reasonably priced. Pleasant to deal with. Kept me informed of schedule and work progress. Also discovered another home issue while on my job. Will likely use them for the next job pending bid.

First off, I don't know anything plumbing, if I did, I wouldn't need a plumber. Charles Stowe from iPlumb came and redid the plumbing for my kitchen sink and installed a toilet. He's very abrasive - straight up told me walking through the front door that I got a great deal for him to come out and before leaving, asked if I paid for my house all in cash like it's any of his business (I'm Asian).

After he installed it, the toilet water valve started leaking. A day later I called the company, told them the issue, and I wanted another person to come because I don't like him. They called me back and asked me to describe the problem a second time, and he was in the background saying it's not his fault and suggested a fix. If I wanted to talk to him, I wouldn't have asked you for another plumber! Also, he INSTALLED THE TOILET. He placed the toilet and then connected the water line. To me, a person with no experience, this is all on the installer.

The sink leaked when I finally used it a few days later. He installed the sink plumbing after my new countertops, so I didn't use it immediately after he left. I messaged him privately with photos, without the company this time (obviously the company doesn't care I don't like him), he gave me a suggestion so I did it and it leaked at an additional location. After going back and forth, he thinks the problem is from the existing strainer connecting to his new piping, he would never suggest using that type of strainer, and tells me he'll have to charge me to fix it. Why do I need to pay you to fix your mistake and install it correctly a second time? I had sent existing photos prior to him driving out the first time, why didn't he voice this concern/opinion the first time?
He claims he has all these years of experience and that's what I'm paying for, but he installed new piping to an existing strainer with a connector against his preference and didn't say anything the day of. I voice this and he said I'm just looking for problems. Well, I believe he's just looking for more ways to charge me more money.
