I appreciate the service help to fix our plumbing issues at our little bungalow in Detroit. Kevin the representative came out to assess the issue of the plumbing problem and was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the first time me and my husband encountered this company services and was very glad we did. Since our house is old (1959). We willbe letting iplumb Plumbing do our future services to update and upgrade the plumbing system in the house. I thank the Lord for bringing this company and Kevin to our home to clean the sewer, before any damage was done. He gave us prices on the other projects we will need to do for our home. He was a blessing. Keep up the great job and we will see you Kevin in about 6months for other projects for our home in Detroit.

Kevin contacted me immediately on Sunday evening once I put-up my project. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, punctual and quick. He spoke with me on call, collected pictures of the issue, and came prepared with tools and plan to complete my project in one visit!
He analyzes the root cause and repairs only what is necessary. Reasonable pricing, efficient.

Everything from punctuality, honesty, timeliness of service, clean up and cost. I will say when we met the owner Kevin we were happy and optimistic he would take care of us. We worked well together on promises and some patience but it cost me dearly. He read my policy over charged me and my insurance while giving them one quote for uncovered charges then increasing the uncovered charges over $15000 in my quote for uncovered repairs. I wasn't aware of replacement cost for plumbing assumed it was accurate asked a few people first. Then he proceeded to collect all money for services from me and the insurance and refused to come back to service any complaints I had. Didn't do the restoration to my basement I had to go through another contractor to get things pieced together. Did I mention how they were always late, sometimes working until midnight because they showed up so late, the extreme charges for my sump pump that needed to be leveled off after he installed it. The uneven way he left my basement flooring after cementing it that I had to pay to level off before I could even start the repairs. Overall I expected service from someone we trusted but shouldn't have, all that sweet talk to my family about how he enjoyed us ands would take care of us being a single parent with limited income. After monies exchanged hands he was a completely different person.

Poor communicationand no respect for the customers time.

I had an appointment scheduled and was told I would receive a phone call from 12-2 pm.

I didn't receive a call and when I contacted them I had to inform them of what work I had scheduled. This should probably be documented in whatever work order system they are using. I had to remind them multiple times of the work I had scheduled. This isnt a good look from the customer perspective. They asked if I could do it at 7 pm. I said yes and was told they would reach out at 7 or a little after.

I again didn't receive a call. I called them at 7:41 pm. Again, I had to inform them who I was and what work I had scheduled with them. They informed me they are about 34 minutes away but needed to stop at home depot on the way.

I received a call at 8:28 pm and they told me they have everything loaded up and are heading here but need to stop for food first.

At this point I told them I am going to work with someone else.

They called me back to offer some free services but I am not interested as the communication has been poor and I'm not actually sure if they will show up.

I was looking for some minor sump pump repairs and Kevin was kind enough to not only provide recommendations but what I appreciated the most was that he was extremely transparent and suggested doing a couple things myself to avoid the additional costs of a service visit etc.

The honesty and integrity is why I would recommend him and will be using his services in the future.
