I called iPlumb to find out about about water quality testing. Our water was hard and had a terrible smell. Angela got me on the schedule and gave me helpful information on what to expect. When Johnny came to my home he was courteous and neat and so knowledgeable about water treatment and gave me many options to consider. We eventually settled on a WaterRight system that would take care of our specific water issues. The system has been in place for over a week now and WOW what a difference. I was so impressed I signed up for a service contract that has iPlumb come out to check over all my plumbing systems 2x per year, and I never sign up for things of that nature. Bottom line... If you want a professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented plumbing company, call iPlumb!!

My Mother's hot water heater failed on Monday morning, and living 3 hours away, I was at a loss. Angela at iPlumb answered right away and put my mind at ease. I got a same day appointment, and Johnny showed up exactly on time. We ended up going with a tank-less system by Navient(?) and couldn't be happier. Being so far away and at work, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do much. Angela & Johnny were both amazing. They coordinated absolutely everything for me. When I finally showed up about an hour after he left, I couldn't tell anyone had been there other than the new water heater. Everything was installed neatly, everything was left clean, and Mom is happy. You have earned my repeat business - thank you!

I was excited to find iPlumb - A small local business with excellent Yelp reviews. Unfortunately after trying to give them business over a course of 3 days they never had the courtesy to follow up and return a phone call. If you are working on a project and have infinite amount of time to Chase down a plumber, this might be a great company for you. For me it's not worth the time.

My experience. Made an appointment, Was given the typical 4 hour window but told tech had an on going appointment he may be later in the day. I'm a reasonable person and said OK. Day came and went , no phone call no tech. I call them the following morning. O, sorry about that - let me look into that and get right back to you. 4 hours later I called a big Box company, got the work done same day. Probably paid double, but at least it was finished. It is now a week later and still no follow up call.

Sherry came out to check our garbage disposal. We thought it had been clogged. After her evaluation she diagnosed the problem in the pipe and not in the disposal. Our condo maintenance cleared it. No charge for the visit. We are sold on the honesty of this business and will call on them for future plumbing needs. Great business!

Sherry came to our house right at our scheduled appointment and was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We asked her to repair our leaking shower head that we had installed ourselves and she went above and beyond by helping us with that repair and also identifying a few other issues we should be aware of. She did so without trying to get more work for herself but just to be helpful and make important recommendations. That was very unexpected and appreciated.

Their price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be calling Sherry for our future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated company!

Can't recommend them enough. Excellent phone service, prompt scheduling, and they actually show up on time! We've had them out 3 or 4 times now & today Mike and his assistant were efficient, courteous, and helpful. They resolved our problem quickly, and, just as the other times, we couldn't be happier. I have recommended them to people asking on Facebook, and I can't imagine using another plumber. We've had some disasters with other services -- Iplumb is our forever plumber :)

One of the Best Services Companies I have had the pleasure of working with. In the hour of need, on a Sunday, and most importantly on Father's Day, when almost everyone else was unavailable, they helped us by sending one of their Best Plumbers, Michael O'Donnell to help us. Michael was a true professional who was very nice and courteous. Michael resolved our emergency plumbing situation with utmost effectiveness and efficiency and at a very reasonable price. I trust this company fully with any plumbing work. They are indeed the Best.

After using iPlumb for three different issues in my condo I will never use any other plumber. Michael is awesome. On his first visit he fixed a leak that three other plumbers could not fix. I had to have my ceiling replaced twice prior to hiring iPlumb due to this leak that was supposedly ""fixed"" and then leaked again. Michael fixed it and it hasn't leaked since. I also have had work done on my shower faucet and my water heater. Every experience with Michael has been perfect. He is honest, straightforward and explains everything thoroughly. The prices are beyond competitive and I could not be happier with their service.
I have definitely found ""My Guy"" for all my plumbing needs.

In the last month I have used the iPlumb's services twice. Once for a hot water heater replacement and another for finding two leaking pipes. I cannot recommend them enough. I dealt with two great plumbers, Chris and Mike.

Both times, the owner's wife took my call - the hot water heater call was after 9pm on a Monday. She explained to me how to properly drain the hot water heater and all steps that a technician would perform for an 'emergency' visit. I was very grateful that she was able to spare me the cost of an emergency tech call at that time. After verifying information, we setup an appointment for a free estimate the following day. Upon Chris showing up for a estimate, we discussed options for a tankless water heater and a more conventional 50+gallon tank. Being the ignorant home owner that I am, the education I received from Chris about all the options and maintenance required might have been worth the cost of the install alone. Needless to say, I went with iPlumb to install the water heater. Chris was back within an hour with another tech named Mike to install the new unit. The install went very smoothly and as I mentioned before, the education I received was much needed and appreciated.

The service I needed yesterday (04/17/18) was for two leaky pipes - one in the basement and one in the garage. Mike was great - he was able to determine the leak locations within minutes with minimal drywall removal. Mike showed me all steps of the process as well as showing where previous repairs were made that were less than optimal. Mike took care of the two leaks pretty quickly and educated me on the proper way to winterize my two water spigots. His ability to small chat while educating me was much appreciated.

I will be using iPlumb for any plumbing related issues/upgrades in the future.

We used iPlumb yesterday to replace our water heater and fix our shower. They gave us a very competitive price and really knew what they were doing. We had gotten estimates from 5 other plumbers. It was very obvious that iPlumb was the most knowledgeable and had the most experience, especially with well water (what we are on). We are definitely going to use iPlumb again for all of our plumbing needs. Johnny is so knowledgeable about everything plumbing and even vent/chimney related and has been so honest and wonderful to work with. The general manager, Angela, is very easy to communicate with and I like that she always answers the phone and responds to email, making scheduling so easy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and am just so happy we found honest, reliable plumbers that know what they are doing!
