We lost water pressure! Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair! Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening. They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job. They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step. They came quickly and wore masks. The salesman was personable. However, I asked for a water heater that had a long warranty period and a good efficiency rating. What I got was a standard 6 year warranty. I was told by Desert Foothills that the warranty was 8 years, but checking with the manufacturer it is 6 years. The efficiency rating is 419 on a scale of 117 to 506. Lower is more efficient. Further, one of the screws on the door covering the thermostat won't come out. When I called Desert Foothills I had to leave a message. My message was never returned.
