Run from this company! IPLUMb. they were sent by my insurance; American Home shield for my heater that just stopped working. The guy came and said it was because it was left on vacation mode that all we need to do was to turn it on and make sure no debris was on that heater room. We did that still it wasn't working. I requested another service, the same guy answered the call. Even before he came to my house he just told me that the heater was old and that it was a ""pre existing condition. When he came to my house he offered to sell a new water heater which I declined. Of course AHS declined coverage and asked me to pay over $3000 for a new water heater. I demanded to speak to the supervisor and requested for a second opinion. This new company, ARID valley plumbing came and within 15mins my heater was working, he told me that the previous company just turned it off! It's been a week now and my ""old heater"" is functioning great! Please know that you can always request not to use them if AHS gives your service to them!

This company was assigned thru AHS home warranty who I have not had good service from in the past. This time they assigned iPlumb and Chris came out and quickly and professionally replaced the garbage disposal even though he had to do some extra things to correct some damage. He knows his stuff!! Iplumb was the company assigned to our service request through AHS. Steven was the plumber that came out and he was awesome. He came out Friday morning (11/3) but he wasn't able to do much because in order to find the source of our leak, the walls had to be opened up. He put in the request for the mitigation company and they were here within a few hours. Steven came back on Monday (11/6) and we were his last stop of the day. He had to replace the supply line to our hot heater. It was already after 6 pm but after telling him we had no hot water, he went and got the parts he needed and came back and got to work. He was very professional and kind. Steven went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate him working late so we could have our hot water back.

Iplumb was amazing!! We had a plumbing issue that previous companies came out and tried to overcharge for the repairs!! Chris the tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem- reviewed the steps for the repair and had the problem solved in a timely manner!! I would highly recommend Iplumb as they are honest- professional and very knowledgeable!!

We were referred to Iplumb by American Home Shield, our home warranty company. We needed help fixing a shower faucet and kitchen faucet. Renee, the Iplumb telephone representative was engaging and fantastic to work with when scheduling our appointment and for offering excellent advice when I asked several questions. Our service technician was Sebastian. Sebastian was friendly and professional and did a great job fix both the bathroom faucet issue and installing a new kitchen faucet.

This contractor was assigned by my home warranty (AHS) to replace my water heater. I tried to call them 4 times this morning and NO ANSWER!! I left a message the first time with the additional f/u calls.

The very poor ratings on this company are well deserved. I feared once they would complete the job (if they ever called me back), it may not be professional work. I opted to used Pro Skill, and pay out of pocket for the replacement. They answered my call on the 2nd ring and dispatching a technician today.

Those of you who have AHS, you can request not to have this company assigned to you in the future.

IPLUMB LLC was assigned to a home warranty request I opened through my home warranty policy. Sebastian was assigned the call, he arrived within the time frame he provided. He fixed the issues I had with my plumbing. He is super friendly, courteous and very engaging.
