Our home warranty assigned this company to come out and assess our sump pump issue, they came out and was here less than 20min and informed us we had a bad pump that needed to be replaced and they would inform our home warranty so that they could order a new pump and come back to install it.....we never heard back from iPlumb! In fact after contacting the home warranty we found out that they informed that that our sump pump was bad due to NOT being normal wear and tear which allowed the home warranty to not approve our pump replacement and therefore requiring us to come out of pocket for $2500 for a new pump!! This is bad business strategy at its best!!! We will be contacting the ROC regarding this practice and any other complaint we can file along with it!!! We in turn asked our home warranty for a 2nd opinion by another company....they came out and after over an hour of doing their due diligence submitted their findings to the home warranty company and we were immediately approved for a pump replacement DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!! Stay away from this company!!!

everyone beware this company was assigned to us by American home shield. The timeframe was between 12 and four at 3:45 called and said he was in Buckeye and was about 30 minutes away from us. I said fine at 4:10 he showed up walked in looked at my stuffed up. Sink walked outside to see where the outside drain was. he said I would need to move everything out of the way the patio carpeting, etc. so wouldn't get ruined by what comes out of the drain. He walked back in the kitchen. I said OK I'll go move everything he looked at me and said how long will that take and I said well it'll take more than five minutes and he said that's too long and he would have to come back. He would need to check with American home shield because it's a big job out. Call American home shield explain to them that this man was rude and abrupt. Didn't really communicate much of anything. and I didn't want the same company back.
American home shield said basically sorry but the same company has to do the repair and they would let them know that I want a different technician the next day I called the company and they did not have me on the schedule and they said that American home shield denied the claim. contacted. American home shield again they were told by the company I need a new drain and that would be an extra $395. I was totally taking it back and frustrated and I said thanks but no thanks call the different plumber that I had used through American home shield earlier in the year he came out fixed it in two hours and I did not need a new drain is very difficult to work with people that are not honest and I don't believe I plum was honest they either didn't want to do the job because it was late in the day. after so many years with American home shield they did not provide customer service. 1star

The worst. Sent out by my home warranty. The technician Sebastian came out. He was rude, condescending, liars and threatening. Buyer beware. What a scam company. If I could give 0 stars I would..

Sent to evaluate need for a new water heater that is leaking for home warranty. Sebastian - the tech calls me - wants to see if I want drywall remediation. No mention of any other issues.
Get an invoice for about $800. Call warranty company (AHS) - told there is a code violation and need work. Not mentioned by Sebsatian - who seemed only interested in drywall remediation.
Call iPlumb - initially Lizzie tells me the manufacturer of the water heater ""makes"" them reinstall the shutoff valve (have one that already works) and various other stuff. Asker her what the code violation was - put me on hold - she came back and said warranty company does not want to pay for water heater and to call them.
Ask Lizzie for the company Registrar of Contractor Lic - she says that is not published information - get it from the warranty company.

terrible. just terrible. i used my warranty company that assigned this plumbing company to me. They said they would be at my house today from 9-12am. i called to confirm twice. no answer. Then i get an email saying they were coming from 12- 3 now. I called and someone answered and he (very flippantly) said that, not only were they not going to honor the 9-12 OR EVEN the 12-3 but that i was going to have to scheduled another day. They just got cancelled. Not reliable and they are what is wrong with businesses nowadays.

if I could give this company a zero, I would! I had to call them 5 times just to get a response, and the office person told me they did get all of my messages but didn't have time to get back with me. Then they didn't show up to the appointment and no phone call at all to let me know. (waiting all day) The had to come out 3 times because they didn't fix it right the first two times. The told the home warranty company they should not be contracting with this plumber as it looks horrible on them. Don't ever use this company-- just bad business!

Was told 8-10 and I would be 1st stop. Arrived at 9:59 which was within the slotted time but definitely not 1st stop. Why offer a tracking option that misleads you again and again, shows arrival in 7 minutes than when you check back keeps extending the time. Trash. To change shutoff and flush fixtures $1300 is high but alright. But then to replace softener $2500??? Come on why price gauge homeowners. My cost for that unit from Hughes Supply is $844. I had to reject the service and tech said ok and hung up. Than walked back inside my home to my wife who was placing items back under the sink to tell her she needs to pay $100. She told him to call me and after he left she closed the garage. Tech and I spoke and I told him it wasn't a problem and to email me the invoice and I would take care of it... but that wasn't good enough he went back and started knocking on the door. Really????? Was the goal to intimidate a fucking woman for $100!?!?!?!?

After I sent this feedback to the company only, the owner John called me pissed off being confrontational and attempting to be insulting. So now it goes online everywhere.

APC plumbing & iPlumb ARE TRASH! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

i don't usually do reviews.
however , this company is real bad especially when you hire them through Home warranty.
if you have assigned with this company through home warranty , request to other company.
I learned lesson again!
